went for a flat repair (I had put the spare on) but they couldn't find the leak, ok I'll keep an eye on it. Was on vacation and tire was fine for a few days, left to come home driving back to Columbus Ohio. Forty miles from home tire goes flat (not blaming Walmart) 11:00 pm in construction zone, drove to first exit and pulled off. Unloaded luggage from trunk pulled out jack and lug wrench set up jack and started to loosen lugs. had to stand on wrench to break lug loose second one wouldn't budge. Called AAA 2 to 3 hours. After 2 and a half hours AAA called said it was going to be another 2 to 3 hours, so called a local tow truck. the young man was over 300 lbs. He stood on my lug wrench with a pipe for extension and got them to break loose and then put my spare on. $147.50 because your employee maliciously put the lugs on so tight or was not trained!!! I'm 66 yrs old man with my sister 73. 4 hours to go 40 miles!!! absolute BULL SH--!!! When we left it 75 degrees at 11:00 it was 35. 4/04/25 at Walmart's. Always overcrowded. Jannette, one of the self checkout workers, desperately needs an attitude adjustment. Rude and crass. Shelves not stocked. Horrible produce! Pickup carts blocking already crowded isles. They should park some besides middle of isle. Courtesy would go a long way. Don't shop there anymore for these reasons. read more

I was rudely talked to by the greeter this morning (Jae) who informed me, while I was all the way in the produce dept, that the store was not yet open. it was 5:58 am and several customers had already walked in minutes before me. I proceeded to tell her that customers had already walked in so I thought it was open. She then proceeded to make loud comments about store hours and blah blah blah. I shop there EVERY morning picking up various items and spend $800-$1,000 a month. But no more. I put my cart back and walked out. I then came back in to ask her name. She then very rudely showed me her name tag telling me that she was there every morning just like me (which she isn't). I'll shop elsewhere from now on with somebody that appreciates my business. read more

Add this to the relatively short list of places that will not get a second chance. Called ahead to see if they had a battery for my car. After being put on hold 4 times, someone said they had it and could install it for me. Checked in and dropped the car off at approximately 3:30. They didn't look busy. Shopped for an hour. Spent $100 in the stupid place... Went back. It wasn't ready. Person at the desk said they had just written up the ticket. Waited in the waiting room until 5:00... Went to enquire-- they said that it would be TWO MORE HOURS!!!! I GOT MY KEYS AND CAME HOME. I AM NOT A CAR PERSON, BUT I CAN CHANGE A BATTERY IN LESS THAT 3 1/2 HOURS. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. First of all, they told us no refunds or exchanges after 8pm. The store does not have this policy displayed ANYWHERE. Not on the website, not the receipt, and not next to any of the registers. The Walmart in Tillman's Corner Alabama lists prices on the shelf that are lower than the price charged at the register. 5 out of 10 items I bought were more than the price listed on the shelf. There is no incentive for Walmart to update prices listed on the shelf. The store requires customers to stand in line, inform them of their mistakes then get the difference back at the service center. Without a doubt, overcharging is consistent. It has happened on the same product for three weeks straight but because most customers won't stand and prove the mismatch, the store allows allows this overcharging. read more

Poorly manned cash registers. Place is crowded and/or busy all hours. Never enough help. Some shelves are threatening to fall over in the aisles. Quite a large store, although it looks small from the outside. I do wonder if they are buying seconds on much of their fruit & passing it off as firsts. Deli fellow stayed busy, there could have been more help there too. Restrooms less than pleasant. Could have been attended to a little more frequently. You go from an empty roll to an almost empty roll, when you switch sides on the dispenser. read more

My greatest regret in this review, other than the fact that I entered this store in the first place, is that I cannot give a rating lower than 1 star. I was treated remarkably poorly by the Money Center staff, someone I later found out was named Rashika. I found that out from one of the managers at the store, Amanda, who gave one of the most pathetic attempts at an apology I've ever heard followed by a defense of her associate's abhorrent and inexcusable behavior. Perhaps she would benefit from classes in not lying to customers, insulting them, or treating them like garbage. I should thank Amanda for one thing, though. She showed me exactly where the problems at this store start: the management. read more

My ratings rules (for shopping, dept. stores, grocers, etc.) One star for line wait time. One star for prices. One star for courteous/friendly/available staff. One star for product variety. One star for convenient/available parking. Special perks: Open 24/7, excellent pricing, wide variety of products, specialty services in-house (Subway, Nails, Eye Center, Health Clinic, Hair cuts, Potrait Center, Automotive). What can I say? It's Walmart. This particular store fails on several points. The only winning attributes they have are their variety of products, as well as their pricing. The parking lot is always a gridlocked mess, it lends a new meaning to combat shopping (you can't even get through the aisles in the grocery section), staff is always with another customer and finding someone knowledgeable on the purchase you're making is feat in and of itself. If you're only needing a gallon of milk, or some shampoo then steer clear. Pay the extra buck to go somewhere else. If you have a number of items you wish to buy, or you're buying higher end items (a new comforter, a weed eater) then it might be worth the extensive wait. I've learned a little trick though which has helped me keep my sanity while I wait in line. I downloaded a card game onto my cell phone and I play it while I wait. It sure helps the time pass a little less stressfully. Although that is little consolation if you're in a hurry. You can't shop at this Walmart if you're in a hurry. Just drive on past it because there is no such thing as fast shopping here. If you're in a position where you're able to shop after 10:00 p.m., I would recommend you do just that, as it is open 24 hours. It's still busy, but not elbow to elbow in people. In truth, I can't blame Walmart (too much) for its problems. First, this area has no other decent alternative, especially when it comes to groceries. Winn Dixie's prices are inflated beyond any reasonable expectation and while Jimmy Lowe's might be cheaper, they really only sell produce and bread. If you're needing to do some big grocery shopping, Walmart is your only choice. Naturally everyone in Tillmans Corner and Theodore are shopping there too for that same reason as well. Still though, Walmart would do well to have more registers open. For the lack thereof, they can surely take the blame. I also wouldn't recommend the use of their pharmacy. We are Tricare Delta (retired military) and our prescriptions should only be $3 for each, as a copay. To our dismay they charged us the full amount and expected us to be reimbursed. This is not standard practice for any pharmacy and when one does this, steer clear. Instead, I'd recommend CVS who is not only fast and accurate, but they charge in the proper and accepted manner. Overall they lose one star for wait time, gain one for prices, lose one for staff attributes, gain one for product variety and lose one for parking. read more

Walmart "Cut back" on employees. Place is full of customers. The few "working" employees are Absolutely clueless!

I only go to this Wal-Mart because they have a bigger and better selection than other Wal-Marts. But that doesn't mean the service is great or the place is clean. Employees don't care that they're there and are not willing to help you. I know Wal-Mart bathrooms are gross, but I was horrified when I went into the one up front (out of desperation and mother nature calling without a warning). There were eaten, fried chicken wings on the sink, poop everywhere in an overflowing toilet, it was filthy, and it stunk. Never again. Another time, I used self check out and the machine did not like me and told me to wait for assistance. The young girl that was there, had walked off to go talk to her friends, so there was nobody around to help me. I was in an absolutely rush and was about to be late for an appointment, but had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes until the girl came back. So, I ended up being late. Lastly, just tonight, only just past eight o'clock, I stopped at the dressing room to try some things on. There were three employees goofing off and cutting up within two feet away. The blond girl stops and rudely tells me, "The dressing room is closed." No smile or nothing. Being hard of hearing, I didn't catch what she said at first, so I asked very politely for a dressing room. She cuts me off not even mid sentence and tells me with an attitude, "The dressing room closes at 7. Its closed!" I have never heard of a dressing room being closed other than for maintenance or having to be cleaned. I grew up where, if the store is open, the dressing room is open. I walked off and tried on the clothes, over my clothes that I was wearing, in the middle of the store; because I really needed some clothes for work and I was not going to spend all this money on clothes, then turn around and return half of them (or all) if/when I find out they actually don't fit. The employee could have smiled, or at least politely explained to me that it was closed. No need for the attitude. read more

Whatever you do, do not! I repeat do not go to the auto center! Was the second person in line at 8am to get my oil changed and it took almost 3 hours!!! Like what????? Do not use the online orders. The customer service is very poor. They will double the price on items so you must check them. Also they will double bill you for the whole order. This happen to me it took 4 calls in 4 days to finally get them to call my bank to release the money. The reps will lie and tell you that they call. They do not care that they made an error. So not worth the headache. The online is just as chaotic and lacks customer service as the inside of the store. read more

This Walmart doesn't have to be packed in order to have a 90 foot line. They will have seven registers open and while having at least 10 customers waiting at each register. There Casheres seem to be polite but extremely slow checkers. If you have all day and don't mind standing in line with your frozen goods for a very long time, then this Walmart is perfect for you. read more

This Walmart has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. They don't want to help you when you ask a question, they just refer you to someone else who doesn't have a clue either. This store could use some professionalism. and it is not a very clean store either. Many more stores in the area, that are much better. I ordered some blinds last month, and they were supposed to have been pulled and ready by the next day, and when I called to check that they were ready, they gave me a hard time, and were downright nasty acting. Tillmans corner Alabama this store is one of the worst Walmart I've ever had to deal with. The employee are unhelpful don't seem to know anything when you ask them something regarding products in the store and trying to get to a certain department on the phone is a joke they leave you on hold and never come back to help they hang up on you if you ask for a manager the paint department can't even mix the right paint when you give them the paint chip to go by. They are always crowded and never have enough checkouts open to accommodate the customers their grocery stores side is always out of products and Walmart.com is even worse when it comes to ordering from the they take the order debit your credit card tell you a date you will receive the item then when that day comes and goes and you call them back they'll tell you that products on backorder they never give you a notice letting you know it's on backorder no call no email no nothing and your sitting around waiting for your item to arrive then when you cancel the order they tell you it'll be up to 3 to 5 business days to get your money credited back to your account same with returns to the store if you don't want your money back on a Walmart gift card you want it put back on the credit card or debit card you used it will take 3 to 5 days and when I use my Walmart credit card and pay my bill in full as always they debit my account but don't credit the credit card till days later they will take your money awfully quick but they sure take your time giving it back to you I used to think the company Walmarts and Walmart.com was ok places to shop but not anymore over the years they've have really gone down hill read more
