They treat their staff like dog crap and make staff come in sick and that puts kids as risk of…read moreDYING. Staff could have injuries and they wouldn't care about or believe them. Some of the teachers leave whenever they want and others arent even aloud to come in sick. they constantly gossip instead of doing their jobs even though there are kids who can hear and understand and repeat it. They often leave the room out of ratio. Multiple staff want to quit but don't because they feel guilty. They'll make staff cancel their standing appointments, and not let them reschedule until 2 weeks out. It's kind of shitty to make people cancel their therapy appointments when they are the reason they need therapy in the first place.
