Not sure what happened with manager but Katelynn ultimately told the cashier to apply the reduced sale price. Thank you, Katelynn, for the help. Your support was appreciated. It is hard to find nicer young people that are working and going to school who have time and respect for their customers. I read one review that was so far off the mark! Wrong about everything.
