Great Walmart and just great service overall the employee's are kind and almost always have what I'm looking for

Walmart has everything you need for whatever you're doing, cooking or making. This store is very big with a grocery section and a clothing section. You can also find sporting goods, electronics and summer goods too. This store is well maintained and well organized in each section of the store. Employee are very friendly and welcoming. Found everything I was looking for at a low cost. Walmart is usually my go to for all my needs when it comes to groceries bathroom stuff cleaning items and other odds and ends read more

Why does Wal Mart have phone numbers when you can NEVER get ANYONE to answer in ANY department?! Someone else's online order was delivered to my home in error and I have no way to contact the store to let them know. I can see there are perishables in the order. What's to be done about this!!? Wal-Mart opens at 6am.I went to check out at 7 am.i seen employees with brooms and dust pans at the entrance. There was at least a dozen employees stocking in the grocery iles. And only 1employee watching the self checkout. And no cashiers available to ring up and bag my grocery items. I m sure they will enjoy restocking my cart. I refuse to play there stupid games. There not the only store in town. There customer service has failed. read more

Sometimes it's the littlest things that have the biggest impact. Today my sister and I took our 91 yr old Mom to Walmart. It's very difficult for my Mom to walk. I asked the greeter, Crystal, if they had a wheelchair. She said they did and asked her co-worker to go and get it. The co-worker couldn't find it so Crystal went and got it for my Mom. Our Mom was able to look around the store, pick up things and enjoyed the ride. She would not have been able to do this if we didn't have the wheelchair. Crystal went above and beyond, she could have easily said we don't have one. Thank you Crystal. I also sent Feedback to the store, I hope they share it with Crystal. read more

Stopped by a fellow patron who asked us to call the cops for her due to the Walmart Manager Marina refusing to help her to call the cops. The elderly woman said that her wallet and stuff was stolen while shopping and she has no way to call 911 or to report the theft. I personally escorted the elderly woman to Customer Service and spoke to Marina the Manager. Marina declined and was very dismissive. Marina the manager stated that it is corporates and District Managers policy not to call 911 to help a member that experienced theft while in the Walmart store. This was an elderly customer that they refuse to help. Good job District Manager of Walmart in Lancaster in training your shift manager on helping your customers. If you shop at Walmart and you get your purse stolen they wont help you pet Marina the manager! Do better! read more

Great store in lancaster sc ,the only thing I see they do is post on Facebook and recognize certain employees for their birthdays and anniversary there I've known some who work their butts off there and when it's their anniversary or birthday they do not recognize them on social media just certain employees they do . They will have a part time employee work full time hrs and work hard and don't give benefits nor acknowledge them on social media. read more

The grocery delivery is unreliable. Numerous canceled orders, wrong substitutions-if they bother substituting at all. The managers are awful. read more

This is mostly a review of their new pick up service. I've used it twice. The first time I ordered one item online. I went into the store myself, scanned my receipt at the pick up center and received my item in a box from the fancy new machine. The item was correct. Second time I pulled into one of the orange pick up spaces beside the building, so I wouldn't have to take my two small children inside. You just use your phone to check in and let them know you're on the way. A woman probably in her late teens came out dragging a pallet stacked with crates with my stuff inside. I had ordered some really heavy items--large bags of dog food, cat food, cat litter, etc and got out to help her load everything. Half my order was missing. She told me they didn't have the items in stock and since I'd chosen "no substitutions" they didn't select different brands/items to fill my order. That was okay, I decided I'd come back the following week to get them. But I went back later that evening about an hour later, for something I really needed. Just out of curiosity I checked, and all my items were in stock. So I'm not sure if they were overlooked or if because they were heavy, I got the "we don't have that in stock" excuse, but the pick up service definitely has some issues that need to be worked out. read more

terrible grocery delivery. despite written instructions for back door delivery, drivers show no common sense and dump my food on the driveway where stray dogs eat the meat! calling 800-walmart or the store gets runaround, lame excuses and disconnected calls. give thm minus 500 stars!!!!!!!!!! read more

The worst experience of my entire life as a customer. I work at Walmart, so I know the rules of the store. I came in tonight in hopes of exchanging a pack of pampers. I went to the customer service desk and each of those nasty women actually refused to help me. Two of the three actually walked off , but not before telling me they couldn't help me at all . The last woman was so rude !! She wouldn't even give me a bag to take my items out of the store. And I asked her several times for one. And I get it . A box of pampers is large item for those small bags, but all I wanted was to wrap it around the handles so employees knew the item had been purchased. Every time I enter Walmart of Lancaster I desk with so same women and the attitude never changes . Disgusting behavior and POOOR excuse for customer service. read more

My name is Claire Smith and I used to work here in this location 805 Hwy 9 Bypass Wes, Lancaster, SC 29720 and I always made sure to treat each and every customer with dignity and respect. Today the team Lead JESSICA treated me like cattle because I was knocking at the cash office to say that I was getting late to get my daughter from school. But very unprofessional, ugly, and unkind way she told me to step away as if I was something lower than her, to say the least. It really sadden me to see people working for Walmart with this unprofessional attitude, very inadequate and it embarrasses me to see this lady and this other lady from the Guest Service department working there. Managers, please address these ladies to be ethical, professional, and smart during their shift. They need to train again, to say the least, and if they have a problem working with customers from other cultures, please at least tell them to be professional to each and every customer. It's Walmart. Everything your looking for can be found here. I am not impressed with the workers here. Not friendly at all. Plenty of them working the aisle and setting up displays. No one smiles or even says "hello". I return only for the products and not for friendships. read more

I was able to find almost everything I needed for my electronics needs today. The most pleasant thing was when I left through the general merchandising door the greeter was so friendly telling everyone who left or came in welcome and telling those who left in a very friendly upbeat tone that she seemed excited to meet every single person and I loved it!! read more

I just had the most wonderful experience with makayla from toys! She was most helpful and I couldn't have asked for better service with an exchange item, for she found the very last one buried in the storage room lol! If anyone ever needs help in the toy department, makayla is your number one Walmart associate! I highly recommend seeing her first for all your toy items this season and all! read more

Absolutely the worst Walmart ever. Everyone knows when you step into Walmart you don't expect Target. No surprise there. What is difficult is that the employees are just rude. I asked one women for help. She looked me right in my face and said, 'I hate this job.' Then, she turned and started talking to another employee about how much Walmart stinks. I walked over to the fabric section and two separate customers asked for help as I waited by the fabric counter. Clearly the customers had decided to work together because the employees aren't worth asking. Horrible and shameful service. Someone please turn this store around! read more

Bought two Walmart gift cards for my two nephews birthdays. One card worked perfectly, one didn't. I had my receipts, gave them to the dad of the one that didn't work to take to Walmart to get the problem resolved. He said a gentleman helped him after he told him the story of the two cards. The man checked and saw that one of the cards had been redeemed successfully. He saw that the other card had not been. He pulled up a camera shot and saw that my husband had purchased the cards on that date. He told my cousin that there was a different card floating around somewhere and that he was sorry but could not give him the $20 that my husband had paid for on the card. There were no other cards in our possession, nor had we purchased any in many months. Needless to say, there won't be any others purchased by us either. read more

been shopping this store for over 25 yrs..i went there 2x a wk...but since walmart has insisted on pretty much only self check out....forget it !!! i work 5 - 12 hour shifts a week.....the last thing i want to do it go to work at walmart!!!!!!...meaning...i work and spend a lot of money there (was) every week...but i will be dammed if after working 12 hrs i am going to check out my own groceries and bag them ...not going to happen...so i have to wait in line on a very few cash registers and waste my time in line for 30 mins....no way...i go to food lion now and the dollar store...they don't make you go to work for spending your own money ...plus fyi good lion has gotten very real on there prices...a lot of things cheaper than wally !!...Plus...walmart does not stock ..... they don't keep things in stock...it is just the worst place to go...They were an inexpensive good company at one time...they suck know !!! read more

I would like for the store to have more than 2 registers open . I don't want to use self service . I went today and had a buggy full of items but felt forced to use self check out or wait in one of the 2 lines open for 45 min . If I wanted to be a cashier I would have applied. I think it's better to shop food lion than go through this again . The bags are so thin everything needs to be double bagged. read more

We have been at the deli counter for about 15 minutes there are 5 employees behind the counter and only one on the deli 7 people are behind us. One worker called for Chareo to come help after he stood looking us and walking to the back. She called him 3 times customers started leaving and Miaka who was helping us was the only one busting her butt to help get the order out. Chareo asked a customer if he could help her she was very agitated because she stated twice what she wanted was over here and he made her walk to him. She gave him her order and it took him approximately 5 minutes to cut a pound and a half of meat. Really a manager walks back and they all scrambled to look busy. Less singing and talking about personal issues from employees and you wouldn't have angry customers like me. And at the end everyone left while there were more customers pile up behind us. Shame on all of you but a big thank you to Miyaka!!!!!! Give her a raise! read more

its a walmart! there is never enough cashiers, most of the time they are out of what i need. but I know where everything is since i spent almost 7 years at this place working for little pay doing several jobs. this place is always busy. I almost always use self check out. hate it when people use them on a buggy full of stuff. read more

They recently got new carts, awesome, but they let a pregnant female employee smoke in front of the store and never have what I am looking for on the shelves. They also need to hire more cashiers. read more
