On 6/1/21 at about 12pm I was shopping when I immediately felt a pain in my foot. I looked down and to my utter horror, my big toe had been cut and was bleeding as there was a broken lightbulb with glass all over the floor. AND there was an employee in that aisle at the time. Worse walmart I have ever been to. Employees are rude and if you have a problem like an order pick up being cancelled and needing your money refunded so you can buy groceries elsewhere they will not answer the phone to talk to you about it. I called and decided just to go to customer service the phone ringing the whole drive there and while walking into the store and when I get to the desk the phone is ringing and the girl is just standing there staring off into space. I can understand not answering the phone if you're busy but if you're not busy why can't you answer the phone?! read more

Went to this Walmart while staying with a friend & was terribly disappointed. This is a really small town with VERY limited resources for any type of shopping you may need or want to do. It's very dirty in appearance & seems to possibly need security. I am not one to easily get concerned about my purse getting snatched as I've traveled all over the country and consider myself good at reading people. I can be engaged in whatever task I'm doing and unknowingly to others , know exactly what's going on around me. More than twice , one guy was in my personal space near my cart, unnecessarily too near my purse. I decided to make eye contact with him in a way that let him know I was the wrong person and my purse didn't match his outfit. I had the same experience again, from a different person, same game. The merchandise was limited but it was shortly after the holiday. Again, everything seemed in disarray and it just looked and felt dirty! Like old dirt... not from the crowds for holiday shopping. Parking lot is darker than what you'd expect from a normal Walmart location. I will say the staff was very polite & helpful but I had to ask for help. I was never approached by a staff person during an obvious attempt to locate an item, as they passed by. It'd be great if a District Manager or above, would visit these issues. I'm no marketing expert but I feel the community & passers by could greatly benefit from REALLY NICE Walmart store type ! Seems Walmart would make more money as well. I will return if necessary but would utilize other options first even though they're extremely limited, they're there. read more

I wanted to buy for my grandchildren Google Play and I-Tunes! Yes in stock! While there got a text message saying only Google Play! I had 3 $50 each cards Google Play. At the register the cashier told me i could only buy 2 of one Google Play. However he ran the 2 threw the register. Then closed out that purchase and ran the third using same payment method. This worked until i got home and the kids went to use them! No funds the message said! What the f***! I know now after researching the store canceled the transaction and kept the money! $150 dollars taken from a Christmas gift for kids! Next time I went to Walgreen's they are not trying to be the FBI and other agency Just serving the people! That is Walgreen's Drug store! read more

This location is a huge disappointment. Management also seems not in sync with eachother. Store manager Spencer was wonderful and did help resolve the issues. However, the management below him are very combative and unprofessional. Worth the extra drive time to go to the Bowling Green, Gallatin or Lebanon locations. read more

We have just moved into the Macon area. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a Walmart. Never buy something at this store using the Walmart App. I purchased a TV using the Walmart APP at this location. I received the confirmation number and they charged my credit card. I went to this location to pick it us there was non in stock. I'm currently waiting for them the reimburse my credit card. All they can say is they don't have it. Very disappointing. read more
