Wal-Mart is NOT Nieman Marcus. Now that we have cleared that up...it is not bad. Some of the employees there can be a bit grumpy...but I think I would be grumpy if I worked there. The store is clean, tons of employees to help if you need it. Produce is not great but it is in Michigan....sooooooo.... Prices are hard to beat, and they have a surprising amount of gluten free options given that it is in Michigan. Management is a bit prickly there...but I think that must trickle down from corporate. People watching at this store should be a televised Olympic event. My goodness the things I see when I am there. I try to avoid it on the weekends due to the crowds. Shopping for groceries after 9 p.m. is the best kept secret in town. Place is a ghost town. Cashiers there might be prodded a bit to move faster then a cadaver....I try to use self check out lines when they are open. Cashiers often have the personality of a thimble of spittle....but that might just be from hating their job which does look like it would suck. Never tried the deli like Denise claims she did...but it is possible the deli is not where you would want to go for take out food. Shout out to the Jonesville Tire and Lube anything BUT Express!! Dropped my vehicle off a little bit before 3:00pm for a battery and an oil change. Went to Battle Creek and did my shopping called at 5:30 and was told 40 more minutes before my vehicle would be done - get back here at 7:15 - my vehicle STILL has not even been pulled in to be started yet. To say never again would be the understatement of the year!!!! *update* 9pm and we're still sitting here waiting on our vehicle! I will NEVER step foot in this place again! *icing on the cake: they didn't reset my oil life and rubbed their greasy oily hands all over my key, shifter, steering wheel and drivers side door panel and that is how I got my vehicle back! Outstanding job Walmart!!! After speaking with management, I pretty much left with the impression that this is just how it is at Walmart - and no one really cares anyway, so I pretty much wasted my breath. DISGUSTING bathrooms. They have no hot water for hand washing, and the sensors only give you a couple seconds of cold water, then you can't get them to come back on. Employees are often sick, coughing and sneezing as they touch your groceries at the checkout and hand you your receipt and they can't even wash their hands in hot water or almost ANY water? Sickening. Thinking of calling the health department, they have too much foot traffic to not give you hot water to wash your hands with in the restrooms!!!! Called the Jonesville Walmart Store, someone answers the phone, ask them to transfer me to automotive, phone rings and rings, next thing I hear is Walmart, "how can I help you?" I ask for automotive again, okay, I will transfer you, Phone rings and rings again, then I hear for the third time, Walmart, how can I help you, lady ask are you the same person just called, yes, they didn't answer. She tells me there probally really busy. Phone rings and rings again. Finally someone answers, and answers my questions. I go out there, to the back door, one employess comes out, ask him if it was him I talked to he says yes. A trail of other employess about 5 come out of a little room off garage (meantime there is a huge line at the counter, out in the store, with no one helping anyone. They tell me if the tire is bad, on the the other side of my car, I have to buy two, (Walmart policy) takes two of them to go look. I buy the tire, both these guys saw I was parked in the parking lot, and am disabled, do you think any of them offered to carry out this tire. They did not....meantime the line of people waiting at the counter are complaining.... you need some new help that is not one break all day long.../... read more

I can't believe the food from Jonesville . Went and got chicken 2- 8 peace and potatoes and coleslaw and the grave was dryer to the pan, when we got it home you couldn't eat it the chicken was dryed out so bad you couldn't pull the meat off the bone the potatoes were like water and the coleslaw was nasty I couldn't believe it we used to get food from there along time ago and last night just confirmed what I have been saying that store sucks. my sister and husband went there to buy a TV and no one would wait on them we went to buy phones and when the workers seen us they would ack like they never seen us so we went to a Wal marts that had people that would wait on us Adrian and Coldwater but if I just have to get something small I'll go to Jonesville but never to buy food that has been setting for hours and phones and TV'S never again. It's pretty bad when the employee are hiding from the customer's because they don't know what there doing. And if you need help with something there you would be better off going to a place that can help you and the one in our town isn't the one I can't believe that the place isn't closed down yet sorry but I'm being truthful and I know there are many more people that feel the same way as I do read more
