Absolutely awful experience shopping at this Walmart. I received an offer from AMEX to use Walmart Grocery . I never shop at Walmart but to save $20 on a $100 purchase was a good deal. I placed the order to pick up on August 25th. The Walmart Grocery order I placed online was cancelled without notifying me before I drove 20 miles to this location to pick up the items. I should have been there 10 minutes but I waited 45 minutes for someone to help resolve, called customer service which really is a call center to apologize with no ability to resolve issues. The manager for the Walmart Grocery store has zero customer service skills, I was told to place the order again BUT, come back tomorrow because they do not have any appointments left for the day. I ordered (4) containers of baby formula and two baby snacks!!! How could they not be able to pick those items while I was there? This person hung up on me twice when I insisted there must be a way to get this order for (6) items processed for me while I was already there. Devon who was the runner to bring bags to the car, tried so hard to get the issue resolved but his manager is an idiot. Then Joaquin the Assist Manager inside the store was a bigger zero. He told me that Walmart Grocery is a different company, and that inside the Walmart store, they have no responsibility for customer service or can resolve. This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. The lines are ridiculously long. There is no self check out. The employees hate being there more than the customers. I have never been to a store where the employees treated you so poorly. You can never find any help. Worst service ever! Came in to get my battery replaced. As I walked in to the Auto Care Center, the guy at the register, Kevin, completely ignored us. We got assisted by a gentleman named Ibsen who gladly assisted us by checking our battery. As we come back inside the store to purchase the battery, Ibsen tells Kevin to help us find the battery. He asked us for the car information, gave us the battery number, and told us to look for it! He looked very lost, no personality what so ever, and no motivation. I'm not a mechanic, neither do I work at Walmart to know where to find the battery. Not only Kevin did it to us, but we witnessed how he did it to several customers and a very rude way. Apart from the 3 1/2 hours waiting, we were never told there was a waiting room or anything. Definitely not coming to Walmart to service my cars. I rather pay a little extra for a BETTER service. The worst experience of my life accrued in this Walmart. My wife purchased some air pod pros for me for our anniversary. Long story short I returned them as I felt the product is not worth the money. When I got to the customer service center I presented my items and receipt. The team was quick to call the manager. When she came to verify she said the serial numbers don't match, she stated everything sold here matches. I asked so now what she said I basically had to eat the air pods and the cost. The worst part is just because I have tattoos, earrings, and a beard I was treated and talked to like a piece of shit. She basically told me I was fucked. She had such joy telling me it was my problem when in reality it was Walmart's problem. I asked her to open another set of air pods and in fact the air pods she opened did not match either. After all her attitude and smart remarks and nasty looks and even asking me to leave she turned pale white. When she realized she was wrong she tried to make it seem like it was no big deal. I am tired of this Walmart and will never shop at Walmart again. This location has always discriminated on me and judged me by my looks. They treat people unfair and profile. Walmart. Time to take ok Goliath. I've been to my fair share of Walmarts in my life and I've never left one being eager to return. That's the first thing they have in common. I don't know what it is about their color scheme. The blue is just boring. While Target's red wakes you up. It feels like you're entering a giant boring drug store full of people who make the same amount of money as me (which isn't very much). Other than Costco you probably can't beat Walmart's prices. But their record on employee relations gives me pause when I am there. Not to mention people just seem annoyed in Walmart like they all agree they'd rather be shopping somewhere else but this is as cheap as it gets. This location is in Hialeah which might be the most Miami of Miami neighborhoods. That's not a compliment. I've been there in the middle of the night and encountered more rude and aggressive people than at any other Walmart I've ever been to. Don't bother using this Supercenter's Grocery Pick-Up Service! It seemed like a great and convenient service to use but have been disappointed and inconvenienced more than twice. There's always certain items on your online order that are out of stock - you won't know about this until you pick-up your groceries. If they're out of stock, why are they shown on the website as being available? I have gone in to the store after my pick-up and found all the items they claim they are out of. Someone's being lazy. Twice now they will alert you that your order's ready for pick-up, you drive there letting them know you've arrived but your order is not ready (??!!). You sit in your car for an eternity waiting for your order to show up. Today we just canceled and drove away. Once again our order was not ready although they had sent a notification that it was. NEVER AGAIN! It would be ideal if they got organized prior to offering this much needed service. read more

I've been to this Walmart countless times. It's never been stellar, but it gets the job done. Good prices. But the other day, I was made WAIT for at least 30 seconds while one of your cashiers finished relying to several text messages. Nikkiva was her name. I sat there and watched as she finished texting, to then not say a word to me. Not a hello, not a smile, nothing. Didn't even tell me my total. No thank you. Literally ignored me we were old high school frenemies. I know you get minimum wage, but regardless, your job is costumer service. Get it together. This won't deter me from coming here, but I still wanted to voice my opinion because that was absolutely ridiculous. Also, when you close a large area of the store at night to clean, at least have an attendant there to hand people products if they need them. I waited for over 30 minutes the other day along with 8+ people at the dairy section. I understand it's 2am, but that's the only time some people have to shop. Specially necessities like milk, butter and eggs. With that being said, if you come here after 12am, expect to wait a while since they only keep two cashiers open. Disorganized. read more
