I stopped to pump gas at Micky's on my way to Dallas. I started the pump and went inside to use…read morethe restroom. I go back out to the pump and there were 34 gallons/$99.00 charged. My 4Runner holds 23 gallons. I talked to the manger about it. He looks at the surveillance video and sees someone remove the pump nozzle from my suv and begin pumping in their truck. He says this happened last week too. Same store different pump number. So I ask for help. Can you give me a credit. His response, "no because it's your fault." "You shouldn't have left the pump". "W cannot take a loss just because you left the pump to come in here." Obviously this is a known issue at this store and the manger chose not to help the customer. Do not stop here unless you are okay with management sitting around wat hung you he ripped off.

The milkshakes & smoothies were a prepackaged brand with lots of selection. Sounded good but I can't have lactose or would've tried. You can pay for gas at the pumps (I assume you can everywhere now?). There is a Wendy's attached. Staff was very helpful! My bf &I were talked by about what we wanted and a clerk was walking by and pointed us in right direction even without us asking for help! Cashier was friendly & polite. As for the bathrooms, I think they were as clean as public restrooms could be. Of course it was 11am and day not half over but I've seen a lot of public restrooms unfortunately and this was one of the cleanest. Would I visit again? I just wish every convenience store was exactly like this. Yes, I would patronize this store if ever in the area again!

Horrible company to work for! Don't allow your children to work there. Management is too busy…read moresocializing and selling their own "at home made" goods instead of helping the staff stock shelves or check customers out. The cashiers can not keep water to drink at their registers even though it's part of their jobs to constantly speak and move in a swift manner assuring the customers get through the line in a timely manner as to not hold up the lines. They only get a lunch break if working more than 6 hours and NO breaks most times for working less than 6 hours. If given a break it's only 1 fifteen minute break in a 6 hour work shift. The staff gets in trouble for going to the bathroom. Which is why I'm sure they don't let them keep something to drink near them. There is unfair pay. Long time dedicated employees are barely making above minimum wage while new hires get hired at $11.00-$12.00/ hour. Employees are expected to stay at the store in their departments off the clock without pay until the next shift worker goes in. Overtime is NOT allowed! There is obvious favoritism by the store manager. You must be his ethnicity in order to be treated with respect and appreciation. He is known to name call the young ladies "Ho" for speaking to male staff. Reporting theft to the manager does no good. It's ignored completely. He'd rather allow theft than to have to do the physical work himself while waiting to hire a replacement. The entire front end management spends more time socializing with one another and customers than they do helping the cashiers managing the line. The store trainer is the worse example of an employee. Training new hires yet allowing them to struggle while she is constantly talking to whoever she can get to listen to her instead of working. An absolutely poor example for a store trainer. There isn't anybody to complain too about these conditions. When calling corporate office to complain, you're given another number which is the incorrect number. Do not allow your children to work there. This is a bad example of employment and not how the real world works.

How is it possible to have so much inventory in the store yet none of it unboxed. The only bright point of the store was our cashier who was nice despite being overwhelmed with long lines of people. She was dressed up as a scarecrow and managed to keep a positive holiday attitude.

Out in the middle of nowhere, this old Spec's has got to be a city treasure because I've never seen so many people here on a non holiday week/weekend. It's a very small and tight space so I don't really recommend this place while our country is currently suffering from this crappy Coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing is not being enforced and I didn't see hand sanitizer anywhere. To their defense the way this store is laid out it would be really hard for them to enforce social distancing unless they had people wait outside. The corners and aisles are very tight and there's hardly any space between the cashier and aisle. Selection is limited. They didn't have what I was looking for that every liquor store should have. The cashiers themselves don't seem to be in a very good good. It was a very transactional experience with RBF. This place is in the middle of nowhere off of I-45. It's Spec's and that's it. Glad to have found this location in case of an emergency however it's not the greatest Spec's I've ever been to. I'll give it a mehhhhh. They have an good selection of tequila onCe again this is Boise State not Bama. Wine selection will do. All in all they have what you need to get right...if you know what I mean. Service was good, staff was helpfful and had done good conversations on bourbon/whiskey.
