I dialed 4 to get orders which gave me to a guy who transferred me 3 times to a phone that only rang. So I hung up and called back and recorded the person laugh at the situation. I've just moved to Oregon less than a year ago and when I seen Eagle, Point Walmart, I was so excited because it looks so clean from the outside but once you go inside, the customer service is horrible management does not take any actions toward the employees that are rude. I went to the deli today to get some rare roast beef for sandwiches I drive a school bus so we have a field trip for baseball tomorrow and I asked the deli clerk if there was any rare roast beef in the back he shrugged his shoulders and then continued to ignore me while he was changing labels on the scale that still had labels in it. I am sorry to say Eagle Point Walmart is a disappointment. I have never had such poor customer service and I'm a 51 year old woman. read more

Out of items. Only one checker. I don't use self checkout and was standing in line for a very long time. With the amount of money we spend there our time should be respected. I gave 3 stars because they opened up another register when asked but then she kept leaving to help self checkouts! Store was clean. read more

I'm finished shopping at Walmart. They usually only have one checker working, in order to force you to use self-service, but I don't want to do that. Walmart's prices are really no better than other stores'. Walmart has so much theft that most items are locked-up now. I don't need to try to locate a sales associate in order to look at an item. I'm a 70 year old white male with a zero criminal record, yet I get closely followed by security there. I hate being stalked by store security. It's creepy. Having to buy a $5 bottle of lotion separately because it's High Theft than the rest of my purchase is a bit ridiculous. Should be able to check out all at once rather than having to do separate check outs. Definitely not shopper friendly any more, get accused of theft before we are greeted with help, sad! read more

Wow, this is definitely a different Wal Mart that I have ever been to, because of the way this store looks and the colors. All the other Wal Marts that I have been to have a blue sign, not a green sign. Also I love that the store front looks like it has that nice outdoorsy theme with the wood and brick. Since this is a super center, this store is pretty large and also has a market section. I love that there are some pre made sandwiches, wraps and salads that are an easy grab and go for meals (which we did end up purchasing so that we could eat while we hiked during our vacation). There is a Subway in this Wal mart that closes at 2 am. There is also 2 Redbox Kiosk Machines (1 at each entrance) at this store. Parking is plentiful. Lines at the front check outs can be a bit long, as we ended up waiting each time we came here during our trip in Oregon. Overall, love this Walmart and would come back here to fill up on supplies the next time I happen to visit this part of Oregon again. read more

Staff is really nice, goes out of their way to help. I can't tell you how many times I needed something, asked a clerk from non-related department, they have walked me straight to it. Not their job but they did it because this is a store full of really wonderful workers. It's a clean place and always have a good selection. It's a great place to shop. I always buy my fresh food there. The prices are better and they have a good selection. Give Eagle Point Walmart a try! It's worth it. read more

I was rudely accosted in front of Walmart because I have a medical issue which requires me to breathe! Even though there a very few grocery stores open, I was not allowed to buy groceries. I called the Pickup service & was told they were so busy, to just keep calling. This is UNAMERICAN! This walmart is so bad, we pretty much shop there exclusively because it's close. It's so frustrating, the deli is so poorly managed we haven't bought lunchmeat there in the last 5 visits . (Over a month). You can stand at the deli for 15 minutes and the workers won't even look up. Sometimes they will accidentally see you but don't expect anybody to come. They are usually out of everything as well..... it's odd that you can go to the Medford walmart and they are fully stocked and helpful. They FAILED to properly retrain us to do our own check-out. So, when we had several heavy/bulky items like kitty litter (we are both 65+ and disabled) we went to the only staffed checkout. When we arrived the checker said "Looks like I'll be working the register all afternoon" (clearly unhappy). I did not realize that she meant that it would take all afternoon to checkout. See, there is a "glitch" in the Walmart checkout software that cant tell the difference between allowed and disallowed items for SNAP (food stamps) AND the person ahead of us had a pile of items. After their total was tallied it seems that an item - -or two - - or ? was not allowed. Which item? Well nobody could tell. So "randy" said that they would have to go through all the items one by one and see which item(s) could be deleted from the already paid tab. "This would indicate which item was disallowed. Well that is just FU since the register could not be used until resolved. Yeah, so we are not trainable - sorry. I guess that we will just have to shop at Safeway and Amazon. read more

After visiting the Walmart in Grants Pass OR. and finding a poor service attitude in their Automotive section for getting my batteries replaced I went to the Eagle Point, OR. Walmart. The Eagle point store has again demonstrated a great attitude to getting a person in and out as quickly as possible. (My wife had tires replaced at the Eagle Point store year ago and it was very good service also.) My diesel truck takes two batteries. After I pulled in a service person was at my truck door within a minute. He took the info and wrote up my need. He said it would be about ab hour to get the batteries replaced. After an hour, the job was done and done right. Can't recommend this store any higher. I wish all the Walmart automotive departments were as good! read more

I'm not a fan of Walmart but when I absolutely need something from there I go to this one. It's very clean and spacious, very well-lit, and the greeters are very nice. Most of the time this place is five stars but the cashier that rang me up today was rude. My mom and I were looking for an open register and there was one that had the light on and surprisingly no one in line! I saw a girl there and just wanted to make sure she was actually open, I asked if she was open and she said yes. When I started putting my stuff on the belt she sarcastically ended with "that's why the light's on." Seriously, I can't tell you how many times I'll go up to a register (with their light on), go to put my stuff up and they say they're closed but forgot to turn the light off. That's why I always ask even if someone is just standing there, because I notice that many Walmart cashiers will stand in front of their lane letting people know they're available to check them out. Which I really do like! So, Arianna, you should thank your lucky stars that I didn't go off on your snarky attitude. I worked in retail for over five years and I like to cut cashier's a break even if they're not exactly friendly at the moment. I figure that they could be having a bad day in general, just finished dealing with a difficult customer, etc. But you were just down-right rude for no reason. Other than her, this is a pretty nice Walmart and I don't mind making the drive all the way from Medford to this one. read more

I've been using the Eagle Point curb side pick up every week since March of 2020. With the exception of a time or two that I had to wait a long time for my groceries, I've been very happy with the employees who take care of my orders. The shoppers do a great job of selecting my choices. The associates who bring my groceries to my car are friendly and work quickly. I rarely go inside the store but when I do, it is always clean and the associates are helpful. read more

I give it one star because of how employees act. Should be renamed exconmart because that seems whom they hire. Granted not all of them, I've been helped by some great ones but its the bad ones that are remembered. Like the basket boy who decided to walk into my path to prove how stupid he is. And the low life that they allow to frequent the aisles who aren't purchasing anything, or maybe a candy bar to make it appear that they have money, when it's all they can afford. Swung through here on a camping roadtrip and found all that we needed in short order. Big parking lot so no trouble finding a spot for our camper. Also a newish, clean store. We'd definitely come back if driving through in the future. read more

I waited 2 hours for my photos to be ready at their photo center, the lady helped me with getting the pictures I wanted off my phone to picture form and out of all 13 pictures I had chose and they WERE approved. After waiting two hours to get them only one printed!!! I suggest finding people who know what their doing to run a department like that. Super irritating!! No help! read more

I love Walmart my family always calls it " Wally-world" and I took down one star because the only 2 things I don't like their is 1 the store is way to big 2 they're almost always changing where things are in the back half of the store mostly . This store is one of the best. It is open 24~7. One of the better looking and friendlier Walmarts in the west.

Never buy tires from Walmart. I shop at Walmart all the time and generally I'm happy. I don't expect the very highest quality from a store that sells so much for the Chinese but it's cheap and really, that's why you shop there. I decided to stop buying $1200 sets of Michelin tires a few years ago and give Walmart a try. Two sets of tires on two cars. One set I--apparently--ruined by not keeping a car in alignment; okay that's on me. The second set--45 thousand mile tires--was ruined at about 20 thousand miles. But--awesome--Walmart prorated a new set of tires to replace them. I put a set of 60 thousand mile tires on. That was 17 months ago. Now, 30 thousand miles later--yes, it's a lot but it includes a number of very long cross-country road trips--they tell us these tires are ruined. They also claim that we haven't been rotating and aligning them often enough. And now, I suspect, their is a problem. Because of our previous experience, we have dutifully had them rotated, balanced and aligned every 5-6 months. I don't believe it. My wife explained this to them and, "nope, too bad, can't do anything for you". She pressed the issue and they said they'd take it to the manager but, they quickly found out that there was no manager that day because he was off 'fishing'. Off fishing ? Really ? This isn't a mom-and-pop store on the corner, this is Walmart. WALMART!!! The largest retailer on the planet and they tell us that they don't have someone managing the store who can make decisions? But, really, the issue isn't so much that they either a) lied or b) have incompetent management but rather that Walmart consistently sells really crappy tires. Oh, the brand was GoodYear by the way; on every set of tires we bought from them. Every set, ruined by half of their stated life. So, I took my business to a local chain here in Oregon; Les Schwab. I'll see if they can do better. Their 65 thousand mile tires cost $830 to put on, balance and get an alignment. That's $200 more than Walmart but, if they actually give me 60 thousand miles, I'll be a very happy man. read more

Walmart is selling bogus DVDs. Our new dvd "the expendables 3. It took several minutes to play on our blue Ray DVDs player. Then a picture came on and that it was a piracy note that this DVDs is illegal on my screen then the movie kept skipping. We took it back to Walmart. They wanted to give us the same DVDs it unopened. I don't want this DVDs after the warming. The FBI should be called to see if Walmart is selling illegal DVDs. They wouldn't exchange it for something else.
