I also don't like that if I forget to drive in ( wasting my gas and everything ) to get my supplies for the month, the waiting time between being able to get more the following month.....gets pushed down the road. . Nobody ever seems to be in a hurry to help you, except for Tim. Tim should find a job in a better facility, because this one doesn't cut it. I think I will go back to the company I started out with. At least they will remind you when your supplies need reordered, and ship them out to you for free. And you only have to deal with the company over the phone, for the most part, and not in person.
