Today, I took my coins to use the Coinstar Machine. Started the process and the machine stopped with an error message to contact an employee. I did, she was very helpful. The machine was full. Manager at lunch. On-site mgr couldn't find the key. I waited 45 mins to an hour. This process is unacceptable. When an mgr is at lunch there should be a backup who clearly knows where the key is. My money is stuck in the machine read more

Wish I could give this store a negative 5 review. The employees that stand out the door of this store are obnoxious, trashy and unprofessional. All they do as customers are coming in is make fun of them, they obnoxiously yell across to each other abt non-work related nonsense. It's a short white fat girl and a short young mixed girl with poofy hair and a tall white woman with greasy hair. They loudly comment racial things to customers. One time an African American young man was walking in with a black mask on and one of those girls goes, "Do you have a mask? OH. Your black mask blended in with your skin." UNACCEPTABLE. Cheap employees. Telling everyone I know to stay away from this establishment until employees like these are dealt with. read more

I ordered through my app only to sit in the parking lot over an hour waiting on my pickup. The associate told me they couldn't find my order, after I gave her the order number. I was fine with that, however; she called my cell from inside the store to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order and would only be able to provide me the customer service number. She stated, "My manager told me to tell you..." I called, was on hold for thirty minutes, to be told he needed to give me yet another phone number for help. read more

Website, Yelp and stickers on the door say it's open 24/7. Went at 0600 this morning and they were closed! Asked a lady inside and she said they open at 0700. I said your sign says 24/7 and she points to signs inside all the way by the carts that says 0700. She said "it's been that way for a while". I don't live here and am in town working so like I'm supposed to know!!! They should change the website and signs on the door to reflect "new hours". read more

Came to this Walmart on an emergency-- we needed to get a tire fixed and we showed up at 6:45pm and the Tire & Lube center closed at 7pm. We expected guys working to tell us that they're wrapping up and we'd have to spend the night in Decatur, AL. When we explained our situation to Dakota, he told us he'd take care of us tonight. We were relieved, though we did spend 4 hours at this Walmart. Honestly though, we didn't care because the alternative would have been much worse. Dakota took care of us and tried his hardest to save us a few bucks in the process. read more

I went in Walmart today to order a cake. I first tried to call and order the day before and they said the bakery was closed and to call back at 6:00 am. i just went in today to order it since I was going to be in there. So no one ever came over to wait on me and another customer who came up. I went to the deli to ask if anyone was working in the bakery and she said they leave at 2:00. I said they could have told me that the day before. I walked back down to tell the other customer that they were gone. She seemed to be upset too. Who closes a bakery down at 2:00? That is when most people come in. Needless to say I walked on off and the slim, short hair girl hollered sarcastically at me to have a nice day. I can't believe they let people like this work and treat customers this way. I ordered my cake from Publix. Walmart has lost my business for good. This was on 5-18-23 after 2:00. Whoever she was needs to be fired. Another instance I did the pick up and they waited on several people that came in after I got there. Brought it to their attention and they said they would get me next. That didn't happen. I waited a total of 45 minutes then went inside and complained and ask for a refund. Went to Kroger and bought my groceries who are always so nice. Done with Walmart. read more

No one would assist me at the photo kisok. However, when I was walking out of the department, the associate asked me if I was able to get my photos printed. When I said no she still did not ask if she could help me. Terrible staff. read more

Now while this is a big store and there is plenty to buy from, there are a lot of downsides. The first thing that was disgusting in this store was the fruit. A lot of it had mold on it and this goes the same for some other foods too. The staff is pretty friendly but sometimes they can be very rude. And with stocking some shelves are empty in some places, and the electronic section is almost no good at all. I'd rather go to Publix than this. I hope Walmart can fix these issues. read more

This is seriously the cleanest Walmart I have been in for years. The staff are all very nice, the shelves are not in disarray. The bathrooms are even clean! There was no weird smell. Seriously, it was a pleasant experience. read more

Go early in the morning on a Wednesday (6:30)! No crowds and they actually have product on the shelves, Shocking! Got the yogurt I wanted (plain greek) and the water flavoring I like- they NEVER have when I go on the weekend! read more

Once again Wal-Mart has neglected their fish in pets and we witnessed another sad aquarium die off with several of their tanks. Many are asking for Wal-Mart to be banned from selling live fish and I must agree. What a disappointment! read more

I am beyond upset with this Walmart!!!! I came here due to the fact that they had the Nikon D3400 Digital SLR Camera with 24.2 Megapixels and 18-55mm Lens Included for $124.00. I called this Walmart 3x and did not get an answer. I drove almost an hour because the site says it's limited availability. When I get here I was directed to the photo lab where I asked Karen if they have any and she goes to her phone and goes to the website (same one I did) and tells me that it is not sold in store and was only sold by a 3rd party. However, it stated that this walmart and the one in Guntersville (which site stated that they were out of stock) had these. I asked would she look in the back and she goes in the back and comes back and says they don't carry it. I find a young lady in the apparel section named RE'AL who had a handheld device. I pulled up the barcode and the young lady found it and told me that it was one in stock for $124 (I did not mention the price) therefore I knew she was right. She left her area to try and assist me but it was giving her the wrong location. She was an EXTREMELY nice young lady but I asked to speak with her store manager so she could return to her area. I waited nearly 30 minutes to see the store manager (who never showed) but the Co Manager Lisa showed up. I explained the situation for the 3rd time and Lisa told me that they didn't have it. I explained to her that it was a HUGE inconvenience to me to have to drive nearly an hour for an item that was supposedly in stock and wasnt when I got there. This could have been avoided if only someone answered the phone. I told her about the amount of times I called both the electronics section and the store and no one answered. She stated that the phone has been answered for everyone else so she doesn't know why it wasn't answered for me. She also stated that there was nothing she could do because I had already driven this long way. She offered to order it in store for the $300 odd dollar price but that's not the price I was looking for.(She basically told me I was out of luck). She even stated that they have their display cameras as a part of inventory and they do not work, however, that camera was not on unlocked display or even the LOCKED display case. This experience for me showed that the management in this place have the title but not the experience. I am EXTREMELY upset and will NEVER shop at this WALMART ever again!! read more

Went to this wal-mart and bought a $180 phone. When we opened it, we noticed the phone had NO battery in it. We hadn't even LEFT the store yet, and went to return/replace it, and they told us "Do you expect us to replace a phone that has no battery?". So apparently if you purchase something from here thats not all there, they expect you to take the hit for it. I wouldn't shop here. They were very rude and not professional at all with handling this matter. If someone buys something from you and its not all there you should replace it, not make the customer feel like an idiot. read more

We have been here for shopping. Good place to buy clothes and food. The vegetable and fruit produce are excellent. The employees are helpful and the store is clean. Walmart has a wide selection of products. They have a large parking lot. read more

Awful experience. Employees were very rude and wanted nothing to do with us. Produce was lack luster and overall kind of a gross store. My boyfriend hated the experience so much he will not set foot in that store again. We will try the one in Hartselle or stick with Publix or Kroger. read more

We usually buy groceries at Walmart once a month. I have noticed that the shelves are not as well stocked as they should be , but today was a new experience. My wife went to walmart in the morning and bought $300 dollars worth of cleaning supplies and gave the cashier a check. That afternoon she went back to buy groceries and gave them another $300 check and it was rejected. No manager came to check the reason. My wife was very disturbed. She used a credit card and I found out that telecheck(service walmart uses) said that looked like suspicious behavior.
