I'm not sure why the reviews on this Walmart are so bad. I do understand that everybody else is experience is not my own but I have friends that live really close to this Walmart so I come here pretty often. And every time I come I have a pretty good experience. I have never really had anything bad happen to me and their shelves are always fully stocked with all the items I need. Tire service is not good. Slow, rude. over 2.5 hours to replace two tires. Dbl book appointments. Techs leave appointed vehicles to help walk ins. I'm guessing this is normal since I already paid I can wait while they tend to potentially new customers. Discount tires replaced my tires in under an hour. read more

For years, I have taken my cars to Casa Grande's Walmart for quick, dependable and economical Oil Changes. Well, Not anymore. Sorry Yelp only gives the option for one star, because they don't even deserve that. Took my car in and was glad to see that there was only one car ahead of me. Two hours later, they hadn't even started on my car. When I inquired as to the hold-up, they said they have something new and only take appointments first. Ad insult to injury, they only had one person doing oil changes. While in the store, we kept hearing employee's complain that supervisors were sending everyone home and all departments were short of staff. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE FOR AUTO SERVICE! read more

This Walmart needs to work on there customer service which they have none. They almost always only have a couple life checkers open and the rest are closed out of 14 lines only 3 are open. They want you to check your self out. While they take all the money, you have to do all there work. if you need to find something good luck if you need any help. read more

Once again I am continually giving this Walmart a 1 star. I would give it negative stars if I could. It is always packed, no matter the time or day. Why aren't y'all's kids in school at 1 pm on a weekday?? There is hardly any selection here and anything good flys off the shelves instantly. this Walmart makes it really hard for you to purchase any of the bed linens that you are looking for. I came here to buy new sheets for my mom because she just moved into my house and we bought her a new bed. The bed is a king size so we had to come to Walmart to buy new sheets and blankets for the bed. It took me over an hour just to find the sheets and linens that we were looking for. This is because nothing was in the right place and nothing where was supposed to be. The staff sent me on a wild goose chase running all around the store to try to find the stuff. This Walmart needs to double up on their supplies. Every time I go shelves are almost empty or completely empty. Went super early this morning around 7am to think I will at least see fully stocked things. I was wrong. Not only that the cashier "Yvette" was so crappy. I said Good Morning. Saying cause I ordered 2 box worth of groceries that I should maybe next time. Go thru another company. I don't think an employee of Walmart should be telling there customers that. If I could leave a 1/4 or less star, I would. I shopped at this store on 10/10/2023 and spent approx $50 and needed change so I added $20 in cash to my total. After receiving my change, I asked the lady over looking the self check out where I could get change for the (just received) $20. She politely told me to go to the money center and they "should" be able to assist me, So off I went. After waiting in the line for a min or so, an employee (Rhea) asked how she could help- so I said I just purchased so groceries and got money back and needed to break the $20. With no emotion, she said, it's store policy that we do not make change, period. Well, just wow. I walked out feeling that just maybe, that was not the case and she just didn't want to work with me. So I called the store while sitting in my truck to talk with a manager, in hopes of explaining the situation and verifying its accuracy. However, after being placed on hold for a few mins, I was told that all the store managers and assistant managers were gone for the day (looked at my watch and it was 17:20hrs/ or 5:20pm). So I asked who I could talk to and the lady said, the cash register manager?? Was available, so I asked to speak with her. After a brief hold, the cash register manager?? got on the line and said her greeting. I asked if she were the upfront/ cash manager and she replied something (didn't understand what she actually said) , and I caught "No" At the end. I said ok and tried to explain to her the reason for the call. Mind you, I was not angry or using any bad language, I started telling her about my experience when she just hung up on me. WOW!! Seriously?? I shouldn't be surprised, but just wow- my fault for coming to Wal-Mart to begin with. I should know better and will start planning accordingly for my future shopping experience. read more

Don't buy a bike from Walmart. First of all, you can't test drive it at all. So when you get it home and find out it's defective, you think, well I'll just go exchange it. NOPE. NO RETURNS ON BIKES. Yet, no one warns you of the NO RETURNS ON BIKES POLICY. It's just bad business. I got the main store manager to do an exchange but the whole time they acted mad and rude to me... the innocent victim of a defective product. Not sure why a nice, honest customer would be treated rudely in ANY WAY ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE THEY SOLD A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. The Schwinn bike was $300 and all I wanted was what I paid for. Next time... for any bigger product I buy, WALMART WILL NOT GET ME AS A CUSTOMER. Not that I think they care. Despite it's huge size, this Walmart manages to always be out of items I normally buy, i.e. restaurant size Louisiana hot sauce, Bars hot links, great value family size Italian sausage, family size chicken wings and Mug's root beer. I've yet to find produce worth buying. It's either pricey and small or moldy. Walmarts scooters are hard to find and you usually have to wait for them. In addition when you finally get one, the other (walking) customers run us (scooters) over. Most are walking forward, but looking backwards. Go figure. Also this store seems to have more seniors shopping. A slight relief from the parents with runaway, playing with (toys/balls) merchandise kids. There are usually only 2 cashiers available and 4-5 self ring out registers. Both lines are long. Finally, the free parking lot. Best to remember where you parked and don't blink. read more

Normally, I love to hate retail giants and big box stores, especially WalMart because they've put so many local and mom-and-pop type shops out of business but...I can't deny that shopping at WalMart saves me a ton of money and is a really convenient place to shop because they're strategically placed in neighborhoods. This WalMart is no exception as its located right on Florence Boulevard off the I-10 and is near a handful of hotels, restaurants and the mall. I found myself shopping at this location in the middle of the night on a couple of occasions and the store was a mess. I know...I know, that's when they restock the shelves and get everything in order but it was a disaster zone in almost every aisle. The employees had no regard for the customers that were there because there were boxes and product-filled carts strewn everywhere. They were in the aisles, around every aisle and I guess they were working so intently that they didn't realize they needed to move a few boxes for us to pass through the aisle or to get to a certain shelf. After navigating our way through the cluttered store go get what we needed, we had to use the self-checkout which wasn't a problem but could have been a problem for others as there were NO cashiers or open registers. The only option was to use the self-checkout at that hour. Though that may have made sense to them because of the time of day and lack of customers, that's pretty inconsiderate to those who choose not to use the self-checkout option or may not know how to use it. I thought that maybe the cart-filled parking lot was a result of the late night stocking sessions or lack of employees on a shift but no matter what time of day I went (midnight, morning, afternoon), there were carts were scattered everywhere in the parking lot. They were in parking stalls, between rows, in the walkways, etc. and didn't see any employees collecting them. Needless to say, there wasn't an abundance of shopping carts at the store entrance and one thing that I noticed was that they only had shopping carts available for customers. There weren't any hand baskets. Well-played, WalMart, well played... Although it was annoying that this WalMart wasn't as organized as some of their other stores, their fresh produce section was the highlight of my multiple visits. There were a bunch of pre-sliced fresh fruit for sale at less than $2 a box and they had a ton of mini fresh-baked pies in the pastry section for less than $1 each. Also, their ethnic food selection was impressive with more than 2 long aisles filled with Hispanic food. So, all in all, this WalMart is a typical WalMart in my books-a wide variety of products at great prices but the customer service and organization could use some work. However, this is probably the most unorganized WalMart I've been to. read more

Make an online order for tires and installation everything went through then five minutes later the order was cancelled so I called they made a mistake but I have to wait 24 hours to reorder them. This Walmart isn't the best. The cashier was nice, but she was EXTREMELY slow. She also wasted many bags by putting almost 2 items per bag. But at least the produce was fresh and not rotten. Every isle was so full of people and it was extremely loud, making it hard to call for customer service. If there is anyone going to this Walmart, I only recommend going for quick trips. Most visits to this Walmart have been pretty good for item availability & customer service. Their tire & lube station has almost always been great. Their customer service counter was definitely lacking today with the clerk talking down to me, acting like I didn't know what a Money Card was, and then asking to see the card as if it wasn't. No greetings, no thank you's, & lots of attitude. I will contact store management but seeing this is Walmart I don't expect much to be done. read more

This is one of the worst stores in this city. It is very busy over crowded. Very long lines and you don't always get what you pay for. I payed for 2 things that never made it into my the bag. The women in front of my the chips did not make it into her bag. She caught it but I was in a hurry and didn't notice that the cashier didn't put all the things I payed for in the bag. Walmart is known for their cheap prices, but that's only because they can negotiate rock-bottom prices from their vendors and they don't pay their employees enough to care one bit. Wednesday afternoon, I took my 2008 Pilot in to have a tire repaired. I was greeted by friendly staff that told me that they would call me when my car was ready. I was surprised when the call came and they said they needed to talk to me and show me something. I was in Walmart and hurried over to the Automotive area. My tires had a date stamped on it that was 03/13 which is 7 years old and they kindly explained that the law prohibits them to repair tires of that age and that my tires also had signs of dry rot. I totally understand and I had been planning on replacing all 4 tires someday. I had emailed myself from Walmart a set of Cooper Tires recently that I liked and asked if they would check to see if they had them in stock. They checked, but said I would need to order these or they could check other tires that they have in stock. I really wanted these Cooper tires and I asked if they would help me order them off my phone since I am up in age and couldn't see what I was doing with my glasses fogging up. Mark and crew went out of their way ordering the tires from my phone by typing in all of my information including having the tires delivered to your store as I asked. Placed a pickup order yesterday and I drove to the pickup location and the worker told me I had to pick the item up on the inside of the store. I arrived inside and I scanned my item I was picking up and said the item is currently on the way so I waited and waited and waited but no one showed up. So after about 45 minutes I decided to cancel my order and pick it up myself. In other words I had the worst experience when I was 'picking' up my order. I do not recommend the pick up feature at all I am never going to walmart ever again waste of my time. read more
