I greeted the cashier, but instead of returning my greeting, she gave me a look that felt dismissive. She didn't tell me my total, so I read it off the screen and handed her my money. When I said "thank you," she rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't want to hand me my change. I normally have a great experience here, which is why this stood out to me so much. My wife uses the app to place our orders, and we pick up the orders via the drive thru. Food: Their coffee drinks are always on point. I have had their breakfast items a few times, and they're pretty good. Service: Our orders are always ready when we get there. The servers are great, and our orders are clearly made with care. I can't think of one time we've had an issue with our order or quality. Ambiance: I have never been inside the facility. The parking lot is always clean, grass mowed, building exterior is clean, etc.
