definitely a bad walmart. sat around waiting for 10 minutes for someone to open the perfume cabinets.. didn't happen after watching some chick fumble for five minutes with their new phone unlock method. whatever. went to check out and the self check out machine wasn't letting me click no cash back so I moved on to the next machine only to have an employee come up with a bad attitude threatening to call my failed transaction as theft. said she would have put my pictures up around the walmart as a thief even though the cameras would have seen me just move to the next self checkout and pay for the exact thing i was trying to pay for?? like make it make sense read more

My daughter is facing a serious medical issue that could lead to blindness. Our new optometrist needed her old medical records ASAP. We called on Wednesday to the WalMart vison center and talked to someone that "only works the desk, but will leave a message." By Thursday afternoon our doctor was NEEDING those records. On Friday WalMart promissed to send the records, but they only sent a copy of a 3-year-old eyeglass prescription. No one answered the phone on Saturday, and they are closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday were more empty promises. We are now on Thursday and they act like this is new information they've never heard about before. Still no records transfer. Update: Went over the heads of the Vison Center people and talked to the store manager. She took the issue very seriously, and personally saw to the records being transferred. It is for this reason I am upping the rating from 1-star to three. read more

Some lady that looked a tad methed up just kicked us out instead of politely asking us to pick something up. she didn't even look like she worked there and had a cart full. said cops had already been there once tonight and your establishment wasn't doing it again. we would have been fine to pick up what we did. and there was no warning. will not see my face in there again. only reason i gave 1 star is because it won't let me put 0! read more

The only bad thing about this store is when entire products are empty on the shelves. That's not even their fault. Mainly selfish people.

If I could leave no stars I would.....Do not patron this Walmart ever!! We tried to return a 65 inch tv that we got on Black Friday because the volume didn't work when we gave it for Christmas. The assistant manager Jeff told me I am just out of luck that it's broke because they don't have those TVs anymore.. he said he could give me my $278 back and I could buy a 32 inch tv! So I wasted 5 hours on Black Friday because they gave me a broken tv.. I even asked to make me a deal on another 65 inch and he flat out told me no way we don't do that! Wow great customer service! Then I called the Boone Walmart and he said he would work something out to get me a tv that is comparable! The managers at the Carroll place are horrible! Go to other stores if you can! read more
