Filty bottle return area! Machines haven't been cleaned in a long time... So bad and inside belts of bottle return machines so sticky bottles get stuck constantly and machines will not function consistently. Overflowing trash too! What did manager do when I complained? Don't order from the Deli or Bakery! They both got my order wrong! They even wrote down the wrong dates! As for the Deli, I asked for 3 six foot subs: one turkey, one ham and one roast beef. I ended up getting all three six foot subs with all three meats on them. The bakery contacted me three times about my order! A week before I picked up the subs they called me to tell me to pay for it in advance. Why couldn't they have told me when I ordered them! This review is for my last week visit to the garden center. There is a separate entrance for the garden center and we need not go through the regular Walmart entrance. I was in need of some indoor and outdoor planters, but they had limited selection in this branch. They do have fertilizers, tools and garden essentials. While most of the store seems crowded, the garden center seems calm. There were no representatives to answer or help in this section, but the person at the desk was very helpful. They do have billing counter in this section which makes the checkout easier. When loading my purchase in the car, one representative told me that they will be upgrading their garden collection post memorial day weekend. When they update their plants collection, I will be back to grab some ! read more

This review is specifically for their pharmacy department. I don't come here often (I'm a Target girl and I don't live super close by) but my mom is in the neighborhood and we've begun filling our family dog's medication here because it's the cheapest in the area. Our poor old lady pup was recently diagnosed with diabetes so we've had to learn the ins and outs of insulin and needles and all that stuff fairly quickly. I was tasked with picking up the first round of medications for my mom and the pharmacy staff here was great. Very helpful, patient, and clear when explaining the details of the medication and the syringes. They definitely alleviated my concerns. I haven't spent much time shopping here in general but the few things I've needed to pick up have been in stock. Staff on the floor and at check out aren't the warmest of folks but they've been helpful when I've had questions. Shop is clean and for the most part well organized. read more

This Walmart Supercenter is easy in and easy out. There always seems to be plenty of parking and I have visited it around the clock. The staff and management here work well together and provide a nice shopping experience. Questions are answered cheerfully. The prices are normally the best around for nearly every product they have the store. It is usually well stocked. During the Spring, Summer and Autumn months they offer a variety of healthy plants. Their Customer Service department is well organized. They also have a Subway here and offer vision care. Their groceries, deli, fruits and vegetables are normally priced right - though strawberries and grapes can tend expensive and sometimes they run out of bananas. That drives me bananas! Overall this is a great Walmart to visit. Well lite and clean they always have the right price. read more

I have been here on 5 or 6 occasions. On every single occasion they did not have the item I needed. Just a tip, even if they tell you on Walmart.com that an item is in stock, do not count on it. When I inquired in the specific department about an item I was seeking on my most recent trip, they informed me without a single ounce of regret *Oh that always happens, they don't track stock well here*. When pressed for a bit more info I was then informed *Um its probably stored somewhere but I have no idea where it is*, at which point the guy shrugged and walked away telling me *I'm going on break* without looking back. Nice. Yeah, I was less than impressed. Not surprised, as I have a hate/hate thing going with Wally, but still pissed that I was both misformed by the corporation (online) and by the employee (in store). I needed gloves!!!! My last pair the wife washed through the washing machine and killed. Here is winter finally here, winter storm warning and all, and I tried to brush the snow off my vehicle to have my paws freeze. :-( Not a happy camper!! So I went shopping for gloves! Went to the Wallyworld in Belleville first naturally, they were totally out of stock on mens gloves. They had kids and ladies gloves up the yaazoo!! So I drove out to Meijers up the street. They had 1 L and 1 S mens gloves. Not a complete pair mind you. And all their gloves are priced at $27.99 yeah ok I ain't paying that kinda cash on gloves that can be bought for much less. So I return home and go online! Found a few fleece lined ones for $22.99 at Sears and Khols etc but it will take 3-5 business days to get and I freeze till then. So here I am in Michigan's first nice snow storm with unploughed/un salted roads and I decided to try my luck one last time at Walmart Canton on Michigan Ave. Good thing that I made the effort, and thanks to AWD on my suv it made the journey easier, they are well stocked ( as you see by the few pictures that I took) and the end game is, I am a happy camper!! I have my gloves! $12.96 much cheaper than the competition in the area. Thank you very much to the managers and staff at this Wallyworld for keeping the store well stocked!! You have made my night!! I love the pharmacy here. Each staff member is friendly and helpful. I have had so many bad experiences with pharmacies in the past, and often the customer feels like they are bothering the employee. Here, it feels more homey. Can't remember her name, but the woman pharmacist who has glasses was ESPECIALLY welcoming when I first started taking my prescriptions here (Rita, maybe?). She sat down and talked with me, listened to concerns about my previous pharmacy, and has helped me navigate insurance on more than one occasion. When you have a health condition, you want to feel taken care of and like the people helping you care; that's what you'll get here. They're also darn quick about filling prescriptions. I considered a 4-star review because often automatic refills don't make their way to my voicemail, and I'm unaware of them until a few days later, which might partially be my fault. Side note: this Walmart is one of my go-to shopping stops. Love the employees and cleanliness. It's one of the better Supercenters. read more

So it's New Years Eve 2023, the time now is 11:50 pm. I placed an order online from Walmart this afternoon for a steak, orange juice, mountain dew and a cheap bottle of champagne to make a very weak Mimosa since I'm not a drinker and I just wanted a sip of something to celebrate the new year. The order was to be delivered a little after 8:00 pm. Around 8:30 I get a text saying that my order has been delayed by 2 hours. Although I am looking forward to my once or twice a year steak, I will have to wait for the delivery. By 10:50 still no order, so I call customer service and was notified by a very sypathetic man that Walmart had no drivers and my order is not coming. So at this point, I have no dinner at all and nothing to celebrate with. This is just one of the many delivery issues that I have had with the Michigan ave. Walmart. Deliveries to the wrong address multiple times, deliveries that never arrived at all, deliveries that I've had to chase down and explain to the home owners that I'm really not a porch pirate that I am picking up my own stuff from their home. Good grief! But tonight got me, now I am going to bed without my coveted dinner, and no celebratory sip of champagne. Now it's midnight so Happy New Year Walmart! read more

Called to check if they have a medication called Asthmanefrin. I know Walmart sells the item, they're the only place you can get it in my area. My local Walmart was out of stock, and this is very common. I was calling to check if they had any, but the women I spoke to would only confirm, that yes, they sold the item. She said she was in a sitting area and could only check on the computer which said "limited stock". I asked if she could go check, because once again, my local Walmart is out and I don't want to drive 30 minutes for nothing. She said she could transfer me over to customer service. This is a medication, it may not be located behind the counter, but still medication. I don't know if it's their policy or something, but the Saline location always goes and checks the shelf. I just got back from Wal-Mart looking for gifts for my nephew and I needed some help with getting a Nintendo game from the electronic section asking around looking for help I came across many employees but only one actually listened, I asked him if I could have some assistance for the game that I wanted they said "Yeah sure we'll send someone over" after waiting around 30 minutes no one came by so I decided to walk around in the area and ask another employee, they said the same thing still no one came around, this store is full of employees but not actually willing to help. No one ever came around i just left and headed to target which was also full like Walmart but at target the employees actually helped and weren't like "we will send someone" instead they actually went to were you need help and helped you out. I understand how it's full with holidays and stuff but with that many employees there should be more help. read more

I gave them a one star because I couldn't give them zero. This Walmart is full employees yet none are available to help. A lot of employee but no cashier. Every employee is just there to get paid none are really doing there job. Today we went to this Walmart and we're looking for a table cloth at the fabric section and we waited about 20 before we told an employee if we could get some help that employee said that they would send someone over so we waited a couple minutes and that same employee and someone else came but completely ignored us as we stood there we asked them for help and all they said was "okay we'll send someone" with an attitude. Then more minutes pass and still no one came we waited for almost an hour in the fabric section until we decided just to leave because no one was coming to help. Multiple employees passed by and kept saying the same thing that they would call someone. This store is just full of shitty employees who are just lazy I mean I get it you wanna get paid but still they could at least try to help the costumers. And if this reaches some type of supervisor please make sure to find new employees who actually try even if it's the minimum to help there costumers. Because after all the costumers should come first. This Walmart is good if you just go to look for what you need but if you need help with something don't count on anyone helping you. read more

HORRIBLE! Service is absolutely non-existent. Waited on hold over fifteen (15) for a manager. One never answered. Cash-out aisles are severely understaffed. Management is utterly apathetic, incompetent, probably both. Wal-Mart corporate must have scoured many villages to find this many idiots. Maybe they import them from the deep woods of Arkansas? Didn't count teeth. Shoulda' as I had one hand free and that's probably all I would have needed for the whole shift. There is a Kroger right across the street and they are cheaper on many items. Does anyone in this place want to ACTUALLY HELP a customer! The "Lack of Customer Service" Desk is absolutely no help! I had a question about a clearance item that when scan came up at the same $15 clearance price that it was TWO MONTHS AGO! I just wanted to know how often the clearance items are marked down...'cause it's been TWO MONTHS! These are all the excuses I heard: 1) "I'm a cashier. I don't know." and 2) "Oh, I don't work in this department." After those responses I said to myself, I know what to do, I'll go directly to the Customer Service Desk. Surely one of Walmart's phenomenally trained Customer Service Associates can answer my question! Right??? Next group of excuses: 3) "We don't know when the next markdown will happen." 4) "Corporate determines that." 5) The person who works in that department is the only one who would know and she left at 4pm." Wow, if you recall, my question was... how often are already clearanced items marked down???? As big as this corporation is, and as much profit as they make for their shareholders, you mean to tell me Walmart doesn't have a systematic policy for marking down their clearance items??? During my trip tonight to walmart, I saw a total of 4 walmart employees with absolutely NO mask on. not on their face, not on their necks, no in their person, NO WHERE IN SIGHT. Including the SEVERAL and by several, I mean give or take a dozen employees who didn't even have the masks covering their noses. Even if you'd talk to an employee to ask for directions to a certain place or even make eye contact, they did not even attempt to cover their faces. This is disgusting. ADULT EMPLOYEES. In the MIDDLE of an ongoing pandemic that has been here for nearly a year. Things have not changed & I would not be surprised if this location would be a hot spot for covid infestation. Please do not bring your children or elders to this establishment as they clearly do not care at all. 90% of customers I saw shamelessly wore no masks. Even sat around with fellow employees, still no mask. Employees were not enforcing masks to be worn amongst themselves or the customers. This place should be shut down. The staff is peaches 'n cream when they think you're going to buy something, and they talk up their fabulous return policy & warranty on damage...but if you actually try to return something because you dislike it, [deity of choice] help you. They will turn hostile immediately, they will try to talk you into buying/exchanging something else immediately, and once you've expressed your final decision to return it, any niceties are out the window completely & they're flat-out rude/mean for the rest of the transaction. Plus, the reason I brought my glasses back is because they were awful quality, but when I first received them, they spent fifteen minutes convincing me to take them anyway and "just bring them back if you don't like them! I had to get a Moneygram because my car payment for my car went missing(naughty mail system) and they were panicking at the finance company. Since I still liked my car, I wanted to do whatever I could to get everything straightened out! They wanted a Moneygram and told me to get one at Walmart. I've never been to a Walmart and definitely had never gotten a Moneygram before and so was understandably nervous about how to proceed. Stay away from that store! I went to get my basics and decided to go there since it was on the way. I was looking for a particular item. I asked this African American girl with long long longgggg nails named Mia about the product. She was no help, she said in her Detroit/English lingo "I wo kno". I was a bit frustrated, then she began to critique the items that I was purchasing. To make the story short, there were two Men standing there checking on Mia...so, they got involved and called me all sort of names. The girl was standing there having fun. So here are these two African American men intimidating me, calling me all sort of four letter words and no one at Walmart did anything but to laugh. That place Is like a circus, so disgusting, so full of trash...will never go back there. Ohhh one more thing, I called the manager...so worthless. I told the manager that I needed someone to walk me to the car; you never know if Mia's brother, pimp, cousin or uncle has a gun. I was trying to place a complain on the Walmart website, nothing.
