My Fiancé and I were at Walmart last night (1/30/26), and were utilizing self checkout. It wasn't until we got home we realized our credit card was missing. We went right back to Walmart where a sweet woman working there was overseeing the checkout line (the one near the bakery) and she had our card safe and sound at her counter. I gave her a hug but unfortunately never got her name. She had white, short, and curly hair, glasses, and a Ukrainian accent. Such a wonderful person and so kind! read more

I'm an uber driver, and I've been waiting for my order for over an hour. The store people are slow and don't even care if you've been waiting there in there pick up spots for x amount of time. No one ever picks up the phone there!!!!! It's so frustrating!! Also had an issue with the app when I ordered curbside side pick up. They never came out and they saw my husband sitting there for over 30 minutes and they didn't even bother to ask if he was waiting for help. Apparently when I marked that he was there and what spot he was on my phone at home, they saw that my GPS location wasn't there so they never brought him his stuff even though he was sitting in the spot I said he was. And when you try to call the store they don't pick up. And it's not just this department that doesn't pick up. None of them do. Terrible customer service. read more

Customer service is awful. Visited yesterday and went through the self checkout lane. Had a tap on the shoulder and an associate berating me about the 15 item limit. I had a couple items in the rear basket of the cart. It was empty otherwise. The store was empty with no one at the self checkout at the time. I did a quick count and said I had 15 items. I'm cashing out at $110.00 and I feel another tap on my shoulder and the associate back berating me once again for being over the 15 limit I was at 22 small items. This is regarding the car center. The store overall is one of the best run Walmart stores anywhere. It's clean and organized. The car care center is a mess. At one time, they ONLY took reservations and no walk in's. That worked! I recently made a reservation for an oil change and I sat there for over an hour without any action on my car. I decided to cancel and take my keys and leave. The phone rings constantly with no one ever answering it. If you are asking for reservations those people should be the priority over walk in's. The store closes at 10pm, Iam the only one in line to check out, I have maybe 19 items in my cart and they would not let me use the express check out(15 items or less) at 10:10 pm. It really is a shithole. I know I'm a snob and freely admit it but it's like being in a zoo. They completely screwed up the online photos I sent for prints. I asked for 31, I got 74, all dark and gloomy. And where was the shredder there told me was in stock? Out of stock of course. Shopping wise if you can't find a hear you might not want it they have a little bit of everything have great extended hours I would go during the week to avoid the lines on weekends because everybody goes here but it's one of the best valleys for your dollar. read more

I just can't go here any more even if I have to pay more for groceries or other products. I have been going to Wal-Mart ever since the K-Mart in my home town closed back in the 1990s due to poor customer service. I don't like self checkouts, but when they only have one cashier or two they basically force you to use them, but that isn't the issue. I have been checking out the same way for years here, and one person did not like how I did it and said I could not scan my items like I was. So she locked me out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn't even acknowledge me or come. I called the store and talked to the Assistant store manager and more basically blew me off. Their parking lot is constantly full of trash. I will never go back in this store again unless I absolutely have to. There is the idea that you get what you pay for, but I have felt that the prices at other competitors, like Wegman's have gotten closer, but they have kept their customer service. Even Target's prices are comparable when you use their Red Card. I already changed my pharmacy and my optician. I won't go to WalMart for my oil changes, tires, and more. It is awfully easy to assume that everyone knows about the shopping experience at Wal Mart. For the unlikely reader from Pluto who has not had the pleasure of shopping at Wal Mart, here are a few observations and assessments for this location: It's a Super Center so, it's big and provides food, prepared foods, deli, a McDonlad's, Subway, ( I have avoided both, so no comment) an automotive center, optometrist/optician, etc... Optometrist and optician services are available ( eye exams and eyeglasses/ contacts) Eye glasses are available from about $60 and up. Your mileage may vary... Deli section is good. No, they don't offer Boar's Head meats but, they offer a variety of generic and name brands that can keep most satisfied. By no means is this up to the standards of independently owned local delis but, for the price, it can give regional supermarkets a run for the money. They offer a meat section which offers cuts and selections one doesn't normally encounter at the sterile Wegmans; for example, tripe, liver, tongue and other pork products. While these may seem foreign to most in this region, these are staples in other areas of the country. Produce is not as expensive as Wegmans nor as extensive. Wal Mart prices are generally much better and quality ranks from equivalent to a notch below. The organic selections are limited. I'm not an organic food adherent and find Wal Mart to be just fine. Customer service: I have found this to be variable in the delivery of service. This is partially attributable to customers who present idiotic return requests to distracted, disinterested Supervisors/Managers ( I'm referring to an individual who provided me deplorable, arrogant service). I can, however, cite numerous positive customer service experiences. I will never forget this negative experience with this individual. (Employees who behave as she should be unemployed.) Wal Mart products are increasingly imported from China and other countries. Their former position of providing made in the USA items has been entirely discarded. Overall, inexpensive imported items, and some domestic, are presented in a no frills environment to meet the needs of middle America. There is no concierge desk. read more

This review is for the grocery pickup.. This service has absolutely changed my life! Wow it is great!!! I never liked grocery shopping..it was just something that was a dreaded necessity... But boy this has brought grocery shopping to a new level... Go online and download the app and get to work! You can order just about anything that's in the Walmart supercenter... It's wonderful! And the best part is you pick out your pick up time you drive up to a little designated area and they load the groceries in your car... The service is exceptional the customer service coming from the associates who load your groceries is a 10+ plus plus! I have yet to see better customer service anywhere else... All I have to say about the service is try it you'll like it! read more

So walking into the salon my mother and I see a note saying "Will be right back, please take a seat". Now I won't even get into the fact that it's vague and says nothing about when she left or when she'd be back. So taking a seat we wait about 10-15 minutes. As she arrives she is still on the phone. Spends a couple minutes getting situated, wasn't going to stalk the girl. Continue to sit, and at this time my mother has been staring at her and it isn't possible she didn't see us. We are sitting right outside the store, where she told us too. A guy walks right in and she proceeds to ask him what he needs and gets him in a seat. She has purple ish hair and many face piercings. Overall a very rude and frustrating experience. Please pay attention to your job and your customers next time instead of being distracted on a phone. read more

This review is for the tire and lube department. Pretty pathetic when you do not close until 6 on Sunday and you show up at 5:15 and tell you they are closed. I just needed a tire patch on a tire that I paid the extra for the warranty. Rude and worthless. I have had other experiences where they will not change my oil because one person called in sick. I will never ever send anyone to this location for anything every again. Nor will they touch my vehicle. 100% will not buy a tires from them every again either. read more

It's unacceptable to have ONE lane open just for "ten items or less". My girlfriend and I had to load and scan every item in the new self checkout lanes. What is she suppose to do in 7 months when she's 9 months pregnant? Better yet my grandmother when she goes grocery shopping here once a month. She can't load everything herself. 2 nights ago, I purchased an electronic lighter. Next morning I went to open it, noticed the packaging was taped shut, the lighter's label was half peeled off, and the charger gone. We went to return it, because obviously no one checked it was all there when it was returned, and the person doing our return told someone else to just tape something shut. Great to see I have to check everything I buy for tape to see if I might as well go grocery shopping at a second hand store. Then we looked for storage bins and found 3 completely destroyed, unusable. We went back tonight and saw a light bulb for a car with the packaging destroyed. Grabbed a different one and went to check out. A handful of mushed up bread was in the section where candy bars are. I know it was a handful because a manager in line behind me grabbed it before I could get a picture, then gave me a dirty look. If you don't want pictures of your store looking bad, then stay more on top of it. Not my fault your store is disgusting. Keep your looks to yourself, sir. read more

Came into Walmart in the morning when nearby and attempted to purchase a 30878 11657 universal all-in-one stereo headset made by GE. You guessed it, I, of course, did not yet possess this vital #. So, I approached one dark haired high school age girl who attempted to help me find this item. We both looked un-successfully in two different sections. This very nice and very helpful employee approached a young lady with short blonde hair (and an air of the world owes me everything) who was stocking over on one side of the electronics section. When asked about my item, she gave a very rude response of "we don't have any thing like that........." and I believe because she was stocking, was unable to leave her post. Her rudeness was absolutely inflaming. I walked around for about 5-10 minutes unsuccessfully seeking this product. The nice dark haired high school girl asked me once more if she could help, bless her, but did not possess enough knowledge to do so. New employee for the summer; that's OK. For her kindness, give her a raise. Say, give her the new $12.50 rate with my blessing. There should be plenty of 'good' people crawling out of the woodwork to find a few 'plum' people. Blondie........ I hope that they give you the boot; she will never be worth that rate while she displays that attitude. So, I drove to Auburn, which was out of my way at the time and located the product without the help of any employee in the phone section. Had I not found it I would have approached an employee and eventually gone to the manager to see what I could sort out. As it was I called the Camillus Walmart and did speak to the Asst. Manager and relay this story. She found 2 of the headsets right on the shelf. "Do you want to come down and get one; I'll hold it at the desk......" I DO NOT THINK SO............ read more
