Paula the pharmacy tech in training, was on her phone and then I asked for rx that my brother received a text from the pharmacy that it was ready, she advised very rudely there wasn't any rx's ready with that birthday and name, and to go to drop off. Go to drop off for her to tell me it IS ready and to go back to Paula! Go back to paula and advise her there IS a rx ready and she said i must have given her the wrong birthday!!! When purchasing something that is clearly marked down, be sure to take a picture of it before checking out. I had a Lego set that was marked $25 and it rung up $46.18, when associate went back to check price (I stayed at the register) she came back and said that the item was in wrong spot and was in fact $46.18. After I finished checking out I went back and the marked down price was gone. Shame on you! read more

They scanned 3 different items twice. Resulting in me paying $60 plus tax. I drove 34 minutes there and 34 minutes back just to realize they over charged me. Their "policy" is that I have to come back for them to return my money for their mess up. It's also apparently their "policy" to be rude and over talk customers that are calling to complain about this. The "manager" was over talking me atleast 3 times throughout 2 minute phone call. When I told her she was over talking me, she actually interrupted yet again. LOL. this is exactly why Walmart is a last choice of where to shop. I typically avoid this place like a plague. I gave it a chance today because I haven't been in years. This was just an easy reminder as to WHY I have avoided it. Keep your "people of Walmart" status and your shitty attitudes. This review is only for the tire department. Why is it that Wal-Mart seems to stick the worst tempered, rudest, unfriendly, uneducated, abrasive people in their tire departments? The woman who works in Jefferson City and the department mgr who works here are absolutely THE worst retail clerks I've ever had the displeasure to do business. It's sadly funny, because one is black, one is white, but their both about the same age (late 50's) but better suited to work in a Russian gulag than with regular, decent human beings. read more

I teetered between four and three stars on this one. There are some aspects of this Walmart that I love and some I don't. Usually, I do a pros/cons or good/bad review. So here goes: Cleanliness- good! I rarely feel "dirty" walking through this Walmart. Bathrooms are hit or miss in this category but as an overall score for the store, I'd say five stars. Friendliness- meh....this could also be hit or miss. I've been here before when associates and management are top notch friendly. I've also been here and had a cashier literally throw my groceries in the sack because she's having a bad day. I give them 4 stars in this category because I'd say their friendly more th Stocked shelves- good! It's not often that this Walmart is out of items. Baby wipes are about the only thing they're consistently out of so I've stopped buying them here and have started buying online. Bathrooms- okay. There are some by the front checkouts and some by the back, beyond shoes. I would give them high stars here but I rarely have a good bathroom experience here. If I have all four of my small children with me, we try to use the family bathroom (in the back of the store). This bathroom is located right by the men's and women's restrooms in the back. BUT, for some reason, EVERY time we knock on the door to the family restroom, there's an employee in it. Every.single. Time. This angers me more than anything. Why? Because I usually have a toddler dancing outside of the door while some Walmart employee takes a massive crap. Seriously. Use the normal bathroom and leave the family bathroom for FAMILIES!!!!! Giving them one star in this category. Pharmacy- good. They're quick and keep up with a large volume of scripts. Deli- ::facepalm:: it's pathetic. I never wait less than 5 minutes once they take my order and that's even IF you can get someone's attention. They're slow, unfriendly, and unavailable. 1 Star. Bakery- refer to the deli because it seems like the same people just float back and fourth between the two areas. 1-Star Produce- good! Granted, this isn't some upscale grocer where things are as fresh as humanly possible, BUT, they do their best and I'm happy with the results. ::update:: on 10/31/18 I was in a rush to find black boots for my daughter. There was a gentleman in the shoe area who noticed my frustration not being able to find exactly what I needed. I believe his name was Andy. Andy went above and beyond and went in back to find what I needed. I am one happy customer!! read more

The worst. I go to the deli and everytime there's 5 people working and no one to help me. They are so lazy and awful at this location.

It's Wal-Mart people...what do you say? Produce and bakery is fresh along with their hot deli which is good and reasonably priced. I love the self checkout because I like my things bagged a certain way and never have to wait in line to check out. Most items available and if need to find anything you can get help with that. I know better than to go to this store after church because it is always a zoo! But I'm 71 & recently had a heart attack & had run out of my heart meds, It was supposed to be a quick in & out. I parked where I always do, but but as I approached the door I notice the sign saying it was closed. So I walked the length of the building to get in (there was no parking available near that set of doors!) then walked the length of the building 3 more times to get it & get back to my car. But the worse part was the bottleneck with everyone trying to use one set of doors! That made it impossible to do any kind of social distancing. I complained as did many others, but nothing will change because they're the only game in town! Wonder what the health department would say if they knew? read more
