Kohl's, my favorite clothing store in Lake Ozark, MO until last night. I was asked not to try on anymore clothing as I stood on the retail store floor in front of a large mirror with my mandatory mask on. I tried on only one button down shirt over my T-shirt to ensure it fit correctly. It looked and fit perfect and I decided to buy it. A store associate kindly asked if I needed any help. I thanked him, and recognized him from my last visit 2 weeks ago and remembered he was helpful then also. He then asked me to "refrain from trying on clothing in the store and encouraged me to shop online. I said okay then choose not to make a purchase. Someone in corporate came up with this new unwritten, idiotic policy, not the young associate. I relayed the info to my wife standing in customer service check out and mentioned I don't see any consumer info posted anywhere in sight. A manager walking by heard me and said the fitting rooms are closed. I knew that but didn't know why. So essentially, consumers can't touch clothing inside kohl's retail store while wearing their mandatory face mask. Then what are all the large mirrors for that are located throughout the store? Kohl's corporate idiots can keep their clothing and I'll spend my money with their competitors who still value their customers and allow them to try on a shirt before buying it. read more

I love Kohls being here at the lake. It is only real clothing store here. There is so much space in the stri0p mall where they are I wish they would take over the spac next to them and enlarge the store. With Saffees gone now I know they would do more business. read more

I went in the website and was looking for tennis shoes and they were in stock. So I thought ok I'm gonna go but them. I get the the store and was looking all around and didn't see them. So I go ask a worker and they don't have them in store. And so I was alien whatever, but you would think that they would have changed it on the website, so that I wouldn't have had to drive all the way to my nearest kohl's store. read more

Glad there is a Kohl's at the Lake now. Its smaller than the one in Jeff but its sufficient for this little town. Great selection and great prices as you would expect to see from Kohl's. read more
