In my past 3 pick up orders or delivery the one important thing I needed was left out even though stock is shown online. This store is very unreliable. Hearsay is that if an item is all the way to the other side of the store and the employee is lazy or overworked then the item is cancelled for being out of stock. This is the third order where things were canceled which are shown in stock. My $69 order was cut down to two itens at $19. The store itself looks like it was looted so it could be that stock cannot be located but you would think that management would encourage their teams in team meetings to try to keep things in order and to work earnestly in fulfilling orders. Went to return an item today. No one at customer service so I pushed the button , "some one is on their way". Nothing two employees came, no eye contact, no acknowledgement that I was even a human standing there . Nothing two employees "hi is there something I can help you with". One went behind the counter to the back. Still nothing . I said can you help me . She said "I just got here ". In the meantime there was a large spill of red liquid on the floor where a cart full of stuff was strategically placed over the bulk of the spell. An elderly woman came over and slipped but did not fall. I asked her if she was ok. No human decency or concern from the two employees. I told them to call a manager. I have had just a couple things missing from my grocery pickup. But the security guard driving around cussed me out leaving after my pickup. He pulled his car in front of me blocking me in.. I tried calling the store manager at least four times a day for four days. This being a rather ghetto walmart, nobody ever answers the phones inc the store manager.. The worst customer service. The cashier named Delia treated me very badly, She was impatient, she was very rude and she repeated the same things that I said and laughed at me. On several occasions he yelled at me just because I didn't understand her language well. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn't give her the right to treat people badly. read more

I counted 20+ employees on debris pickup following the Winter melt, each with a giant plastic trash bag. All that bagged trash will look so much better at the dump! It was a very frustrating experience and I asked countless people before getting help to unlock the watches for me, overall not a great experience and the customer service is terrible. We purchased a pound of Sara Lee Honey Baked turkey this past weekend and my husband got VERY ill -- suspecting food poisoning. Not sure if it is a refrigeration problem or possibly a cross contamination problem on the slicer. I tried calling 4 times and no one ever answers the phone. The phone has been ringing the entire time I wrote this--still no answer. I wanted the manager to be aware and pull the meat out of the deli so no else gets sick. It's a Walmart. Feels like they converted a Lowes into this store--oh wait, they did. Feels more like a big box home improvement store inside but full of clothes and other Walmart type stuff. The staff I encountered there were very friendly. One clerk even walked me to an item I was searching instead of just pointing. The check out clerk was friendly and made sure I found everything I needed. There must be something about this place that causes a dedicated Brown Deer Police presence. They even have a large special parking near the front entrance. There were three squads there when I was shopping. read more

Went to get money order and the line was so long. There was only one person that was helping everyone. They call a lady to help but she only help 2 people. The line was still very long you can tell the lady didn't even want to help or work at all. She kept walking off even when she was helping a customer. And you can tell all the customer that was in line was already getting mad . After the lady finish up the last customer that she help with she just took off even though she clearly see that the line was still backed up. I mean if you don't want to work go home let another employees help. But clearly all the Walmart employees seem like they don't want to work. For the lady that help me and have been helping the rest of the customer she is a trooper even though she was the only one that was ACTUALLY doing her job. She smile and greet me as if she was not bother that non of her coworker was not helping her. This place have no good customer service what so ever. LAZY employees!!!! I come for the cheap insulin for my dog. Occasional groceries. Otherwise I don't bother. Woodman's is better for groceries. Amazon is better for everything else. I understand Walmart needs to be in this community but I wish its employees would try a little harder. Management is overworked and overwhelmed. Everyone is underpaid thus not paying much attention to details. In my latest visit my mother bought groceries and when she checked out she said to the clerk "Is that all the bags?" She said yes. Well we get home and sure enough they left out a bag of chips and three boxes of sugar cubes. So the next day we go back. It ends up taking 3 employees plus a 4th being trained to resolve the situation. The goods are gone. We had to go back and grab the items, come back to customer service and stand in line again. They finally solve it by giving us replacements but it takes 20 minutes. Lastly, I use an iPhone 5 with T-Mobile 4G LTE. This entire location is one big dead zone. I can walk around the building outside and get perfect coverage. I don't have another carrier to test, but if other services don't work, they're implementing cell signal blockers. Normally this is done to stop employees from playing games and customers from price matching. It's an issue because there's no free wifi either. If I need to call 911 I have no way to do so. That's bad. Think of a Walmart where nobody can hear you scream. Frightening. read more

Prices are a bit higher then any other Walmart I've been to. But a wide range of varities.

I have never not found what I needed in this Walmart. I have never been treated rudely either. But my reason for this average review, has more to do with the poor planning and location of this business. Anyone familiar with this area, remembers that there USED to be a perfectly fine Walmart, about one mile up the road. The parking lot was huge and roomy and the aisles in the store were large. Two people with carts coming and going, could do so with very little trouble. This current store is in a bad location, space wise. The parking is dreadful, meaning the lot is too small. I have been there very early in the morning and found really inadequate parking, then walked into the store and found hardly anyone there. The only thing I can think is that the employees cars take up much of the room. The aisles are very small, to the point of having to cut through the clothing area just to keep from colliding with someone. And getting out of the that tiny parking lot is a nightmare. I'm surprised there haven't been more accidents. There is one other thing I have to say: the location of this Walmart is one where many, many businesses have failed before them. It's almost like a store can't stay in that particular spot for more than five years before closing up shop. It isn't going to help this Walmart, when certain policies are put into place at this location, that are not at other ones. I am specifically referring to the Deli area. They do not cook or sell, rotisserie chickens on Sunday. I think when a business isn't interesting in making a profit on a day, where in which that said product being sold, would make them quite a bit of money, something else is going on there. Something that will probably send customers to another location. There is new housing going up around this Walmart and other businesses as well. I just feel it would behoove them to try and extend the parking around there, if nothing else. read more

For being a new Walmart it looks like it's been here for a long time. There is products laying on the floor in all depts. the staff ignores you if they see you are looking for help from them they head other way. Bathrooms tp paper just sits on top of the railings not in the dispenser, the paper towels just standing on the shelf by the sink not in dispenser the staff just don't take pride in there work paper on the floor in bathroom. they don't smile or say hello read more

THIS IS THE WORST WALMART EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had a more frustrating experience with customer service. It's like they hired people who hate their lives and just want the customers to suffer. I ordered for store pickup, they had the wrong items waiting for me. Then I waited an hour for them to search for the right items (which they did not have), and told me they processed a refund. The refund never came and when I called customer service to get an explanation, the rude woman told me I would have to come back to the store to pick up the wrong items and process the return. I told her that I would not come back to wait for another hour for their mistake and asked her to walk back to store pickup herself and pickup the items and return them.
