I am extremely disturbed by a situation that happened on early yesterday morning. Recently my boyfriend became homeless, has a full time job works 3rd shift , parked away from everyone so he could sleep during the day. Made multiple purchases in Walmart including a sandwich he was eating when he was told he couldn't be there any more. Wasn't even allowed to even finish eating the sandwich he had just purchased. I really think that was cruel and uncalled for and have always done my business with Walmart. Contacted Human Resources and got a negative response. You let people sit there all day who aren't working and ask for money all day. Where is the humanity. read more

Since it's been a while since I wrote a review, I thought I should update. I picked a bad day to shop as Saturdays must be the day everybody in town decided to shop. Long lines to check out so this will be the last Saturday I go. Still a very nice store that is well stocked and very clean. Fresh bakery goods and a lot of local produce. And you still can't beat the prices at any other local stores. They have a new pick up area to wait in the front of the store. It does not seem to be used by many people. read more

Walmart...there are plenty of them. Good, bad and in between. People typically have a love/hate relationship with Mr. Walton's empire. I'm taking the time to write this post, first of all because this particular Walmart, for us, has been consistently above average and makes for a better shopping experience. On occasion, I run into a Walmart associate that makes an impact on my day. Today was one of those days. As I was guiding my cart from department to department, I entered the Electronics Department and came across Kailee. Without prompting, she eagerly asked if I needed any help? She was genuinely inquiring and gave me her full attention. I explained that I was looking at 'future' purchase ideas(which I do quite frequently, my kind of window shopping). But, I did have a question about an item, to which she had an immediate and accurate answer. I was so impressed with Kailee, that I made sure to get her name, spell it correctly and find out she is a manager of some sort. So, my Walmart excursion on this day was not only very successful but I left feeling like a very Valued Customer! Kailee, thank you so much! read more

Give your cashiers training on how to pack groceries. Nearly all of your cashiers are great except for one lady yesterday she packed everything in about five bags. No regard for food or general merchandise just going in the same bag. To top it off, I only had the use of one arm, Will never go to her again. Training is a must, i'm sure you have some CBL's for her to watch. read more

Totally rude employee invaded my personal space WHILE i was doing self checkout she got in between me and the register because the bags were laying on the counter and not in the right place to begin with . She started putting the bag in their proper place all the while an inch from me without saying a word .I asked her to wait until i was done and she told me to wait a few minutes till she was done and would not wait as i had asked. We took our Ford F150 for an oil change April 8th... drove a half mile away and truck was completely malfunctioning!!! Walked back to the store and tried to talk to Scott the Manager, who said "you are wasting my time", and would not even listen, after 2 of his employees had apparently done something wrong to the vehicle while performing an hour long oil change. The truck has been at a repair place over 2 weeks - with a bill over $1100 - and climbing - and it is still not running!! so I ordered 2 items online, recieve notification 1 item was ready. Go to pick it up and I asked when will my second item be ready... the guy said my order was waived... well what does that mean? You have to call 1 800 walmart get transferred 3 times get fed rhetoric over and over for then to just say even though the website said I could get it today and the confirmation email said it'd be ready today. Dear Customers, The pharmacist and this walmart likes making a Mountain out of a Molehill. I just moved a few months ago from South Florida to this area and my old doctor in South Florida has since retired. So i called my Cardiologist to prescribe me my sleeping pills that I've been taking by the way for years and buying them from walmart for YEARS! and this stupid male Pharmacist called me to tell me he was not going to fill my prescription because my doctor was from South Florida and he was a Cardiologist. He told me I needed to get a new Doctor in the area that I live in now or he was not going to prescribe the medication. WHAT! Since when are Pharmacist Doctors? He has no right to decide anything I just finished travelling around the country in my RV for a year getting my medications every month from different Walmarts in many states. I hope someone from Walmart read's this and corrects this pharmacist and his egotistical way I'm sure he's done this to others I hope you also write a review. It is really inconvenient that now I have to call my Doctor again and have him prescribe it to another pharmacy. Very unfortunate for Walmart you won't see me in that store every again. read more

Unfortunately, this might be one of the worst Wal-Marts I've been to. Fortunately, I only needed to buy one thing, so my husband and I didn't have to spend too much time inside. What I didn't like is that the aisles were crowded and disorganized, it wasn't clean, and the layout of the store was awkward compared to other Wal-Marts I've been to. I wanted to buy Uno cards, but the game/toy section was unorganized, so it took us a bit of wandering to find them. Also, checking out is never fast at Wal-Mart, but I was prepared for that frustration, as opposed to the other things. I probably won't need to come here again, though, since we made our purchase while passing through Brooksville. read more

The boys at the Walmart super enter on Gunn Hwy we're very sweet and attentive to my needs. They came to my car before I had the chance to whip out my phone to check in, it took them less than two minutes to bring me my groceries. Overall the entire pick up took less than five minutes. Shout out to Jose, Francisco, Daniel, and Alex, these boys made my day and deserve nothing but praise. They are the reason I enjoyed my experience at Walmart read more

Yesterday I came at 6 pm for an oil change which I always do .. I was turned away due to the lack of staffing.. However, they did take 25 dollars off my oil change today. If I could have chosen NO stars I would have. I have had troubles in the past with Walmart.com orders but thought I would try it again. Never again, never again. I placed my order for an item that was shown as available in store for pickup by 11:38 am today. Having received no info by 2:31 PM I spoke to Customer Service at Walmart.com who told me it was being shopped at that time. I was also told I had 2 choices: wait or cancel the order.. (Great customer service NOT!) I then called the pickup department at my local store and was told the item was not in stock and had to be "preordered". But there wasn't anyone working today who could do that but they may be in tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold and no one ever picked up. read more

I just recently moved to Brooksville from Citrus county and went here to get some groceries. This place is a dump. In the parking lot it was literally a minefield of shopping carts, at least two dozen blocking the side walks. What is I was in a wheel chair??? I have a walmart debit card that I have had for about 5 years now. Love the card, HATE HATE HATE the customer service you recieve from the 1877 937 4098. No one not one person speaks english that you can understand the only thing they say that you understand is Im sorry about that and they say it 20 times in a conversation because you cant understand what broken english they speak and when you get upset because you cvan't understand a damn word they say they blame you. you need to bring your answering system back to the USA and forget India. This is bullshit cant transfer money from one card to the next. love my card but going to get an account at a savings and loan and cancelling my card. Since the virus has changed shopping for many, I decided to take advantage of the "order on-line, pick-up" service that Walmart offers. I can honestly say...it's one of the best business services going! To date...I've not gone into any grocery stores for my goods. This means I'm not shopping any other grocery type stores at this time. This is one of the best ways to stay safe due to those shoppers that have a problem with social distancing of 6', following the arrows that stores have been courteous enough to place for safe shopping, let alone to protect all of the shoppers without masks.....and there are many! The on-line website is user friendly with options that accomodate stores and times for pick-up, adding/deleting items and make shopping easy for sundries and groceries. Who could ask for more during these challenging times. All of my orders have been ready in a timely manner and upon arriving for pick-up the employees that bring the orders to the cars are courteous and friendly and totally aware of any changes that were made to the order.They do a GREAT job! I can't believe that more grocery stores haven't offered this, easy to sign up, service but am certainly glad that I selected to do this with Walmart! Sly the store manager was a moron and I wouldn't let him collect shopping carts in my store. I had a very simple problem which he had a deer in the headlights look. Not very intelligent or caring. Either way his inattentiveness is a direct reflection of his store. read more

Besides the fact that usually only 5-6 cashiers are open out of 15+, I have never had a problem with Walmart. The associates are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are presentable and stocked. I love this store. Fix the lack of registers and five stars would be granted. read more

Moved to Brooksville a few months ago and sometimes have a hard time finding certain items. However, staff does offer to help find what you are looking for or will let you know they don't carry it. Over all satisfied with the store. read more

I went to this Walmart on 11/27/16, as I was going to the check out line, there was a handicapp gentlemen trying to get his grocery out of the cart he was having trouble doing that, the cashier just was standing behind the register watching doing nothing to assist the man. I ask the man do you need help he said yes, put the man groceries on the belt the cashier still stand there looking. I ask for a supervisor and Heidi came and say that if he ask for help then the cashier would help. Only the man was in the cashier line and he wouldn't help. Heidi begin to get rude with because I didn't agree with what she telling. I contact their Corporate and I will be calling the store manager Steve. Horrible Walmart!!!!!!!!!! read more
