What really irked me the most was I had 4 heavy items and only one operating cashier so I went to self checkout. Three employees standing close by had to see me since I was the only one there. As I was walking out a lady busy talking walked over and reached for my receipt. No hi there just make sure you're not stealing person. I'm a senior and it just hit me wrong. I did snatch the receipt back and she started yelling at me to make a public spectacle of the situation. I told her she saw me at the checkout and did she really think I was stealing? Well she kept yelling so I just left. Walmart doesn't care about customer satisfaction and I'm tired of being treated rudely. She could have approached me nicely and asked for the receipt instead of making me feel like I was a crook! Besides if you're going to make me check myself out you should trust me to scan ALL my items!!!!!!

Service absolutely blohhhhZzzzz…read more Pretentious at best. Employees buzz around you like you're a miscreant thief. Truly felt uncomfortable there and when I asked one employee a question he didn't know the answer but said with a touch of sass "Whatever we have is on those shelves" did a quick run way model turn and sashed away. As if i was the dummy for asking where the iPhone 16 cases were Meh the makeup area is cool But its the staff that gets me on this place they whisper, hover and act like they own the place They assume anyone who is wearing a 'disheveled ' outfit is a thief. When I left I didn't buy anything but they watched and lightly gasped as if they were surprised the alarms didn't go off I was in a bad mood the rest of the night. Those women were just so unkind and unprofessional it actually legit hurt my feelings. It put me in a bad mood the rest of the night bc they didn't treat me like a guest they made feel like a peasant. And kept whispering. I've never left a store (well maybe a restaurant) slightly pissed off but this time it did. I wanted to march back in and say something of course I didn't. But seriously the energy there was pretentious and it made them look tacky, classless, and no etiquette This place really P*ssed me off I felt angry bc I felt disrespected and ignored. If that's marshalls 'brand '& their view of customer service then they marshallbeoutofbiznesssooon but rly. Refine the employees to be less haughty Hunnay this ain't Neiman's so quit acting like it Anyways no hard feelings i just wanted to express this bc I didn't deserve it. No one dies. Place is clean tho.

Perfect example of "don't judge a book by it's cover."…read more I was a little weary of this Target based on the exterior. It looks to be an older Target, a little run down and smaller than most. Kind of a "Ugh, let's just get in and get out." To say we were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service we experienced during our visit would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman at the door. He then directed us to the restroom (since the nearby McDonald's restrooms were CLOSED). Then we passed a group of Target workers in the middle of a morning huddle. One lady in the group paused to greet us as well. (Super nice!) Lastly, 2 workers helped us locate an E.T. dvd that my Target app said was in stock but I couldn't find. These 2 individuals dropped what they were doing to help us find this $5 movie. AMAZING. So as you can see, this Target location might not be the newest, fanciest building but their STAFF really rolled out the RED carpet for us and we really appreciate it!

Headed straight for the electronics department where I found an employee, Tiffany C., she was putting up a new shelf system but was happy to stop and answer my questions and talk about the toys I was looking for. She had outstanding skills of customer service and a great overall knowledge of the particular products i was looking at. Very different experience than I usually receive at stores in the Houston area. I found a Funko Pop that was long sold out in my area of town, so that paired with Tiffany C's sunny disposition made this a very positive trip to a new Target.
