When I buy at Walmart, a week is easy; from Festival , by day 3 o4 they are moldy. Other berries apply as well. I brought them back and received new containers a couple of times but there has been no improvement and I just go to Walmart now for all of my produce. It's cheaper and fresher. Perhaps Festival gets a purchasing discount on produce if it's getting old? And sell it higher? The higher prices are already enough for me to make the switch. I've been a customer at that Festival for 20 years but my opinion is much lower now - obviously.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the specialty foods they stock their shelves with are sooooo good and 3x less than other stores! Just had to give a shout out to all the staff working today. It was so busy with Christmas only a week away. These employees were working their butts off. The younger girl stocking produce was a beast! Those boxes are heavy and this girl was tackling through a pallet like no one's business! The middle aged woman who was shopping for on line costumer was so efficient! I swear she filled 3 carts and took them out by the time I finished my shopping! The 70's looking young man at the checkout kept this line moving along with being kind. I hate grocery shopping! I mean hate it, but when you go to a store where the employees know what they're doing, friendly, and working their butts off you can't help but feel thankful!!! So thank you Aldi for training and treating your employees well! holiday can be stressful, but just a reminder of how much food there is if you just take a moment to look! Thank you to all the hard working people who work for this Company and Merry Christmas

Cub grocery stores around the Twin Cities are exceptionally generous. They allow food trucks and…read moresmall businesses to park in their lots to do business. Of course, they are parked furthest away from the actual store, but the support is nice to see. When you see a review from me for a Cub store, chances are that I am here to support a local business. It was the case a few Saturdays ago. I was back to pick up two bottles of Fire and Ice Pickles. Michelle is the woman behind this fine business. It was my second time ordering from her. The waiting list is a good month to get your pickles. I lucked out with my timing. She had a few pickup locations. I had arrived in town on a Friday. She had a pickup date on Saturday. It was at this Cub store in Blaine. The window was between 3 and 4 pm. I had no problem finding this Cub store. I was coming from Coon Rapids, so my drive was ten minutes. This Cub store is in a rather vast plaza. The store is wide. It also has a pharmacy. There was plenty of parking just after 3 pm. It was moderately busy. It was easy finding her vehicle with her company's logo on flags. She is a nice woman. She remembered that I stayed in Bloomington the first time that I bought a bottle of her amazing pickles. I was in Eagan this time. I paid with cash. She bottled and packaged my jars of pickles nicely. She worked until 4 am to get all orders ready for this day. I was up till 4 am as well, coming down from the Minnesota Wild winning game 3 of the first round of playoffs. She said that if I needed more pickles, to let her know. She would expedite my order because I "came so far," which was super sweet of her. When I ordered my first bottle of pickles, I consumed them within a day. They are that yummy. They are tangy, sweet, garlicky, with heat. So good! I was a bit better pacing myself with my two bottles of pickles. I ate them before my trip was over. Delicious! They make regular pickles seem so boring. I appreciate that she has Cub pickup locations around the Twin Cities. It allows me to discover new places that I've never been to. I can also figure out where Cub stores are that I could potentially shop at someday! (130)
