So tried the free delivery thing. Last time they said it did not get delivered but was sitting at the store in Royal Oak. They had only 7 of the 10 bags of Salt Windsor water softener,, but thought not to tell me until I was in the parking lot. So tried it again. Tried to place free order delivery 6 months later for 10 bags of salt. Tried for 2 hours to get the app to work. Nope. Called "your order is important to us please stay on the line". It was on hold for 10 minutes and a guy in India answered. I'm so sorry sir I can't help you with your complaint and I have no ability to send your complaint to anyone. It is a. Scam of or a front for something. Maybe somebody should dig a little deeper. Wal Mart is not real. I am running out of time. Bye. read more

Please do not even waste your time at their walk-in. I know appointments more often than not are late, but 2 hours to wait for your APPOINTMENT is outrageous. I'm shocked I even waited there. Only upside is I got to do my shopping while I waited for my appointment. The only time they acted like they cared for my hassle they've put me through is when they required a payment for my GIDIP forms. Save your time, save your money. Not to mention, the doctors there! oh my god! considering how quick they were in and out with me they should be able to serve 500 customers a day, rather than waiting 2 hours. Ridiculous. I would have rather paid $500 somewhere else then to ever go there again. Also, they need to re-hire front desk staff, they will laugh at you, walk away from you, answer calls mid sentance. They're half the problem. With new front desk staff, maybe they would space the appointments out better and be WILLING and HAPPY to help you, when in reality they should be anyways since it's their JOB. read more

I went to the walk in clinic. The staff was SO rude and unprofessional. The doctor told me to go to the hospital, and wrote the address on a post it note. No explanation as to why. I asked to see him again, as I am sick and needed to know why I was going. He was disgustingly rude. I asked for a nurse to be present, she didn't come for the first bit, I had to request again. She eventually showed up after saying 'she was in the bathroom' then she was on her phone 'texting her husband' SO unprofessional. I had to actually tell the doctor to write a letter after seeing him twice. I told him I could not go to the hospital until the day after, and he wouldn't even suggest anything to relive the bronchitis pain. Dr. Augustine Egbagbe is a terrible doctor and actually was so rude to me. The nurse to refused to give me her name was just as bad. I would NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. GROSS, if you don't want to help people don't be a doctor. If you're in it for money try banking. read more

This is a real Super centre. Identical to the huge Walmarts in the US. Located in Sage Hill in a shopping complex where allot of construction is going on. If you have never been to a Walmart or just to a regular one, this is a supersized version. They have a little and in some cases allot of everything. In this instance I was in the area and thought I would check it out since I was looking to purchase some sunscreen. Went into cosmetics and allot of the shelves were bare. There was boxes every where and a bit chaotic since they were putting stock out. Looked around and didn't find what I was looking for and went off to the pharmacy area. Found plenty of sunscreen and other tidbits. Didnt go through the whole store just a few areas and noticed they also have a coffee shop and other items inside. You can easily spend a few hours in here since they have tons of departments and items. Big parking lot, very clean, huge and alot of friendly staff. read more

I don't understand why Walmart continually puts their ESL staff on reception and answering the main phone lines. If you've just arrived in this country and you barely speak English and barely understand, why don't you work somewhere where there is minimal interaction with needy customers and clients while u r learning how to better your English skills like stocking shelves or folding clothing or something. I've called Walmart stores across North America and it always seems like the person who has the least amount of English language understanding or pronunciation is always the one answering their main phone line. I called today at 8 AM to this Sage Hill location and the Indian accent man who answered the phone answered loudly and impatiently with "hello! " I asked for the department that sells posters. He said what kind of posters but I could barely understand him. I said paper posters that you hang on the wall. He said nobody's there. I said what time do you open because clearly that's not the right way to answer the phone during business hours, he said we've been open for over an hour. I said is this Walmart Sage Hill? "Yes! " Very rude and brusque. I said well I'm not going to drive all the way up there until I know that you have the poster in stock that I need. He just put the phone down and starts yelling at somebody across the room "will you talk to some customer needs a poster..... A poster ! Poster!!!! poster! I don't know why she needs a poster! Can you talk to her!?" And I could hear a lady w a very very thick Chinese accent saying what kind of poster what is a poster? He Answers "poster! Poster! PUSTIE! ( this is how he spells poster to her. As if that supposed to help her understanding.) You know a poster! Talk to her! ". I am all this time wasting all my time, if you're gonna be answering the phone, and just passing over to somebody else, and clearly barely speak English and you certainly don't know how to spell, why don't you let somebody else do that job and you can find something else that you actually can do. The lady Jean"s Chinese accent was almost as terrible as his Indian accent but at least she was helpful wrote down the UPC code found the poster and called me back and put it on hold for me. That's exactly what you're supposed to do as staff, you do what is being asked of you by the customers ....But the whole process took forever over a half an hour to just explain to her because again she barely spoke English either.The idiot who answers the phone first though is a complete waste of space PS If you are looking for a restaurant locally; Whatever you do, NEVER go to the Calgary restaurant The Guild. Frozen Foods left for hours in boxes on floor in front of freezers and I mean floor not carts or pallets. Finally stored in freezers and zoned for the public. Many items half thawed and in my books not fit for refreezing or safe sale to the public. Store 1097 in no way acceptable food handling practices. Customers should think about this when they buy foods refrozen by the store and then refrozen after the trip home. It is your families health, guard it closely. read more

This place is the absolute worst Walmart aside from maybe taking your life in your hands and venturing to the Marlborough ghetto. Ninety percent of the staff here are ESL, take from that what you will but no matter what department you go to there will be no help if you need it. I have tried multiple times to ask where an item is or if they have something in almost every department and IF you can't find some "associate" lurking around and they run away when they see you coming, either you can't understand them or they can't understand you. This store is very poorly managed. I've had trouble with being overcharged for items supposed to be on sale and even charged for items that weren't in my cart. The produce in the grocery section is always of the poorest quality and nearly expired if not already past the best before date. The meat they sell if off-colour and of awful quality. The store is poorly stocked and the merchandising is chaotic. Be sure to avoid the creeps in black shirts at the electronics dept trying to harass you into a new cell phone. When possible I use the self check-out to avoid the unrelenting cashier pushing the Walmart MasterCard on me . How many times do you have to say no? read more

Hello Walmart Yes it was EEK today at this Walmart. Today I was shopping at you this Walmart initially and was pleased an how clean the place was and how pleasant the staff were. However as I was purchasing my items the cashier said I could not pay with my debit card. I was astonished and and said yes I could. I did have cash in my hand however my bill was more than expected and said I was paying by debit. The cashier said he had to go over the items again. I said no that is not acceptable. This cashier had a name tag with G.P. I repeated I wanted to pay with interact and had never heard of not being able to when I did not have enough cash on me. \ G.P. DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR HIS MISTAKE AND I LEFT MY ITEMS AT THE CASH AS THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. A manager came and asked what the problem was. I explained the above and he said he would get me through a cash instantly and quickly. The manager said G.P. Pushed the cash button before he had the cash in his hand. I again have never had trouble using interact after seeing my bill was bigger than I had cash on him.' This is not acceptable and not sure I will return to this store. Next as I was going to another cashier to get my purchases a customer came to me and said G.P. WAS TALKING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT ME AND THIS CUSTOMER ALSO SAID HE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. VERY FRUSTRATING AND UNPLEASANT WALMART EXPERIENCE. TO CONTINUE THIS FRUSTRATION WHEN I RETURNED and LOOKED AT MY PURCHASED AND RECEIPT AND THERE WAS A HUGE HAIR BRUSH THAT I DID NOT HAVE IN MY ITEMS. IT WAS A COST OF 9.77. I WOULD OF HAD THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CASH HAD THIS ITEM NOT BEEN IN MY PURCHASES. G.P. should be reprimanded and mistakes. i noticed this two guys down stocking produce early morning, they down stock tomatoes without taking out the bad or old ones and lettuce are not fresh, it is slightly freezer burn but they still down stock it, its like they don't care about the quality they just wanna sell it & get rid of it, i don't understand why they have a lots of front people but they dont have much customer and some shelves needs to be stock. read more
