I paid $2000 up front for this package because I had $2000 on my debit card and the remaining $3000 on another card I left at home, and left with the two items and an agreement I would return that same day with the remaining $3000. After leaving the store, I found out the device was only worth $200 and came back 2 hours later with the unopened, still seal items in hand to return them. They denied my return, so I emailed their corporate office. After a week of back and forth emails, they finally tell me no they will not return the items even though the charge on my card had NOT gone through until AFTER I tried returning the items. Also, the facial I went in for ended up just being a cream put on my face. MICHELLE, the representative handling my transaction, did everything she could to gain access to my bank account number by taking my phone from me and tried logging into my bank app herself to the point I got locked out of my bank app from her entering my password wrong too many times! THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Having said that however they were doing their best and handing the customers without looking overwhelmed. This is a franchise location and not a corporate store, so they didn't have quite the inventory they could have. I killed my iPhone 7 on a recent motorcycle ride so I needed a new one. The girl helping me (sorry I can't recall your name) was patient with me as she helped me get the right phone. The SE is the cheapest one they offer but she listened to my needs and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want. She helped me transfer all my apps and settings over, and I left happy. It did take a while to do this, so don't expect to get in and out of here in a hot second to avoid any frustration.

When I went to get my eye exam, the receptionist seemed very unorganized but the doctor was fine. The individual that was helping to put my order in had no personality and showed a side of laziness when we asked about a certain frame if the business had it in stock. I walked in to get my glasses yesterday and I was not welcomed by anyone and waited 10minutes. I recieved one of two pairs of my glasses and the gentleman put my glasses in a foam package and he said they were out of eyeglass cases. I was very disappointed especially after spending so much money and being a repetitive customer. This was my last straw.
