There's no lounge for people to wait, which makes sense as Target just wants you to shop in the meantime. The vaccination area is just a plastic chair over in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in ages. Even though there are two registers, I've never seen both open. Even though you might have the barcode for your pick up, it doesn't seem to help at all find your prescription. I have to use these guys because for some of my prescriptions, because they are the only ones that can get them filled. For everything else I go to Fusion Pharmacy, where they know you by name and the price is the same as CVS.

And even so, every time I walk in, I have to grab someone instead of being greeted, etc. Additionally everything at Crimson Valley is generally overpriced and under par when it comes to quality of product sold. Their wait times are slow when compared to other local pharmacies. This is not to mention the issues we've faced with validating pre-authorization from doctors and latency with the pharmacy receiving doctors messages. At this point I will not recommend Crimson Valley to anyone, nor will I be refilling my prescriptions here again, instead electing for literally any other local pharmacy.

You're in the door and out the door with filled prescriptions in about 1 minute (longest I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes TOPS). They will even run your prescription out to your car if you call them when you get there, or they will deliver to your home or office. Shauna, Darcy and Chantal (sorry if any of the spellings are incorrect) are amazing. If I could give 50 stars instead of 5, I would. I called that pharmacy and scheduled a Pick up for Saturday after my knee surgery. When my husband went to get my medicine they were closed for covid cleaning. When I called to see if they could get my prescription sent to another store, they just told me I'd have to wait until the next day for the medicine I needed that night. They were not helpful. (Some might say they were down right rude) That is when a friend told me about Brents pharmacy and that they deliver. I can hardly walk after my surgery and have a brace and crutches. My husband works 12-14 hours with his commute. I called Brents pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help. There customer service was superb, they treated me like a friend (not a number or inconvenience)... And did I mention their priced was 50% off the other well known pharmacy? I am switching all my prescriptions to Brents Pharmacy off red cliffs by the mall! They have fabulous customer service! They deliver!!! And they cost less! I am a fan!
