I was the former pharmacy manager there and I have never been part of a more demeaning toxic workforce. I have adhd and I exhibit symptoms quite frequently. My performance was judged based on that and no reasonable accommodations were made to help me. The operations manager violet and technician Katherine were very hostile with me, looking for the next chance they got to report and tattle on me. So immature and vindictive and evil. I always had to watch my back and I always feared getting reported from those 2. They wanted to see me gone because they never liked me. So the more things they could report me on, the better. It led to my termination. Store manager always sided with violet and never sided with me. My performance was based on a pharmacy technician's assessment. And she made it sound like to the store manager that I was incompetent instead of exhibiting symptoms of a disease. This is favoritism plain and simple. Store manager never sided with me, always sided with operations manager because of the bad reputation the operations manager put on me. I was treated different, belittled, demeaned, and graded on my disability. To treat someone like they are stupid and be yelled at for poor performance because of my adhd symptoms is a workplace bully to me. They fired me the same day after I get back from 4 months of unpaid leave. That's heartless. If they wanted to fire me, they should have done that before I left for leave. Because I could have made income at a new job, the 4 months I have been gone. I got fired right when my mortgage payment is due, now I'm in big trouble. They denied me a chance I could have worked. It is a direct violation of the human resource FMLA. So they violated human resource laws. Don't work here, don't shop here. Listen to all the negative reviews, they are true. Katherine is rude and vindictive, violet is vindictive and diabolical. She is heartless with no compassion or sympathy and all she did was make it so that I felt awful about myself coming to work. And because darvie always sided with violet, darvie made me feel like a piece of trash too. Don't work or shop here. I can say honestly of all the jobs I have had in my 15 years of working in Pharmacy: violet, Katherine, and darvie are the most mean spirited, negative, vindictive, evil people I have ever met. The bureaucratic agencies really need to investigate this store, fire everybody, and shut it down. Zero Stars. Worse pharmacy experience of my life, the girl (not lady) was so terrible I will never forget she should be fired. This is one of those experiences that you just don't know why or how someone can be this awful at customer service. I ended up transferring to another pharmacy that saved us $350.00 and they truly knows what good customer care is. We spent last week in an almost fatal situation and this is not what we needed the first day out of the hospital. I should have read the reviews prior to choosing this location. Zero Stars! This pharmacy is the worst! After waiting in line for 40 minutes, the woman told me they couldn't find or accept my insurance. I even gave her my insurance card, but she couldn't find it in her system???? Then, I had to sit down and call my insurance. I had to wait in line again to have my insurance person talk the lady. I told her that my insurance guy needs to know the reason for declining me, as I was in network. She refused to talk to him, got a huge attitude, and miraculously found my insurance. Then, I had to wait another hour for them to fill it. Never again will I come back here. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens now for over 7 years and they always do such a good job!! Especially recently, I had some concerns about a prescription I picked up and they were super understanding and helped give me all the necessary information I needed! Go anywhere else. Customer service is fleeting. People are dollars and they know once youre in the door treating you with any consideration is not in the cards. I would suspect that finding a "mom and pop" shop is a better bet. Since I was from out of state I didnt really have much choice. I have been trying since Monday to get my medication. Each time I go, morning , noon and night , the line inside and out is huge! They reduced their work hours closing at 6 pm. Leaves people clamoring to get their meds. A phone call is at least 30 minutes. If you complain about the wait, they really get shitty. Stay away !!! read more

Tomorrow will be one week that my prescriptions have been waiting to be filled. I've called the pharmacy - only to be left on hold for an hour until I finally just hung up. I called the back and asked for the store manager to find out what's going on with the pharmacy and explained the problem. She said she's transferring me to the pharmacy only to have it ring for two minutes before the line beeped twice and died. I had my dr transfer my scripts to a different pharmacy because I'd go to Hell before I'd ever go to a Walgreens again. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. I Called their customer service center to see why they close the drive up window on you when you've been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Even when the hours say they are still open when I pulled up to the window. Always long lines, inaccurate recordings telling you a prescription is ready and the list goes on. read more

Walgreens is a great drug store and out of them all, it's the one I favor. It has everything and is well organized. This location is in a perfect location directly off St. George Blvd. You can get in and out, no problem. Even if you don't live here, it's not too far off the highway to grab any essential item and get on your way. Employees are friendly and checking out was a breeze. read more

The Walgreens off of Bluff Street and St. George Blvd is amazing!!! I was in need of some pictures to be printed super last minute at around 9:45 one evening. The photo woman, Jenn, is the definition of great customer service! Her shift ended in 15 minutes, and already had the photo area somewhat shut down, but she quite willingly said that she could print them if I downloaded them within the next few minutes. Sure enough, she printed them out right then, and they turned out beautifully!!! Thank you again, Jenn!!! I actually am not one for bad reviews however I walked into the store and my son grabbed a piece of makeup and a worker named Susan actually told me I need to grab my daughter( which my child is a boy ) and put her in a cart or do something with her because she just cleaned and don't want to clean after other peoples kids. This is the most unprofessional thing a worker can possibly say to a paying customer. I specifically travel to this walgreens because of the pharmacy staff and the incredible helpfulness they have been to me over the course of the years. Jordan has bent over backwards, along with Mike and all the pharmacy techs making sure to help at every fork in the road my life has taken. They have stayed late after closing while waiting on my insurance company to release medication approvals, helping make calls to the insurance company and putting notes with codes on my file and making sure I knew what those codes were so that it would not be as difficult the next time I refilled. If you wonder about costumer service... if i drive nearly two hours to get to them for my medications, i dare say it must be well above what most any other pharmacy has provided. Keep up the above all others customer service you provide. It makes picking your store over every other one an easy choice! read more

I'm so angry! Walgreens is awful. My son just tested positive for Influenza. We left Instacare at 8:35. The only pharmacy open on a Sunday night is Walgreens which closes at 9. The doctor instructed us to call right away so they could fill my son's prescription for Tamiflu. He's SICK. We were told on phone they wouldn't fill it- as we were late by just a few minutes for the cut off time. We drove and went anyway. I went into Walgreens and the pharmacy tech talked to the person in front of me and the pharmacist OK their prescription to be filled. On my turn, she asked the pharmacist (I'm sure they remembered our Tamiflu call from a few minutes earlier) and he refused to help us-said we had missed the cutoff at 8:30. The pharmacy tech was obviously mortified and apologetic. The pharmacist could have shown a HINT of compassion and filled our Tamiflu. It wasn't like we were refilling a skin cream- it's for INFLUENZA that people are dying from! Now, we're stuck until 8:00 am- and my son is very sick and I'm stressed out. My mom is pulling all her prescriptions from Walgreens because their customer service is AWFUL! read more

I was very disappointed with the length of time I spent on hold for the pharmacy staff and for the long waits at the counter. After 3 days of not getting my California prescription filled due to their strict refill rules and the fact that my doctors office phone service is just as bad as theirs....I took my written prescription to wal-mart and had it filled within one hour. I'm never going back. Wallgreens was my primary pharmacy in California. Very disappointed here. read more
