Their are a couple of staff that aren't rude but not many. apparently today none of the staff showed up so meds needed today were phoned in at 8 am and were not ready for pickup at 8 pm. I wonder how many people have been overcharged as half the time they don't even run my insurance and I have 2. Will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

This one is not as crowded as most Walmarts being it is located in Soddy-Daisy. that makes it a lot easier to get him find what you want and get out as quickly as possible. It has a manufacturing date of 5/26. We are 2 months later and the battery is dead, test at store, won't charge at home. Dead. Went out swap team lead Cameron said no swap without receipt. Said that is there policy. Said he didn't know if I had swapped already, implying I was doing something shady. Asked customer service for a manager other than auto. Courtney told me the manager was on leave, I asked for another manager, she said what can I help with? I'm the front lead. Explained my situatio which she referred me back to automotive, which I no longer wanted to deal with. She called Bailey (the auto manager) who came up and said she couldn't do anything without a receipt. Even though the manufacturer date was less than 2 months ago. All I wanted was a swap on a $49.99 lawnmower battery, no refund, just a swap. They stood on policy instead of common sense. Walmart will not get another dime from my family.

I spoke to 3 different women - each time was someone new with a different story. The first one said she would order it & have it put in the queue to be filled for the next day. I call the next day and the second lady told me they only had "10" in stock so still not enough to fill my prescription. So I called the next day, and the woman asked me if I wanted them to order the medication. Umm, excuse me? I've been calling for like 3 days now and I've told 3 different people I needed them to order it because they were telling me they did NOT have it in stock. So, I called today to speak with someone and yet again, someone different picked up the phone. She got my information and I told her what was going on and that I had been waiting on them to "order it" and she told me they actually have had it in stock this entire time! And that it was just "too soon" to be filled. WALMART PHARMACY WORKERS: if you tell a customer that you don't have something in stock when you know that is a blatant lie & you blow them off because you don't find them or their situation very important or at least not important enough, you should think twice before you judge or treat other people like they don't matter to you. It has made me so sad and made me feel so worthless like I don't mean anything to anyone there. And that makes me sad. Because I usually love walmart but this really got to me. I have been here in the past, to fill prescriptions and for other odds and ends. Tonight, it was the same as it has been in the past. The store looks fairly put together and I didn't notice any trash on the floor. We were greeted by every staff member that came within a few feet of us. When I went to check out, and there was a long line, because an elderly man was at the counter and didn't understand how to check out properly. The staff remained patient with him, and finally got him taken care of. Another lady stepped over the registers and open another register to clear out the line that existed. She was friendly and efficient. At first, I thought we would be in line for a while. Again, I was wrong. Good visit.

My wife and I went in to get our wellness checkup for insurance. It was the last day we had to do it. She signed into the "minute" clinic at approx. 5:20pm. It gave her a 1hr 12min wait time. It wouldn't let me check in because they had enough patients to last to closing time, 2 hrs 40 mins away at 8pm. ??? There were 3 in front of her. After 3.5 hrs, at 8:50 the "CVS clinic employee" was trying to lock up without helping us. She stated that she was supposed to be closed, ( we didn't make her late ) and she would only do one of our wellness checks even though I tried to explain to her that it would cost us $500 extra premium if we didn't get them both done. She could have done both of them at the same time but adamantly refused, saying we shouldn't have waited to the last day. The assistant manager wasn't any help at all. She said she couldn't do anything about it, that the minute clinic pretty much did what it wanted to. That employee is a representative of CVS, therefore her actions cost them a customer. She had a chance to help someone with just 5-10 minutes of her time, but selfishly chose not to. #cvs #minuteclinic
