I just paid.HALF of what I was paying at Walgreens and it will be delivered to my home in two days!!! Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. At least the ones in my hometown. it took me two weeks to get a prescription that I delivered to them 10 days before I needed it refilled. I had to go to my doctors office twice. They had to send it electronically twice and that was after I hand delivered a written prescription to them. I will now be paying 50% less no hassle no waiting in line for 30 minutes with only one car in front of you. Goodbye Walgreens forever.

The drive through should be for pick up only!!! Period! Gas is too expensive to sit there three deep while someone is waiting on their prescription to be filled. There is no excuse for this! If there was another grocery store in Ruston I would go there but there isn't so I can't. Not to mention the last 3 times I ordered off the app they got the order wrong and left stuff off that I know was in stock. They are Lazy and unhelpful. They can't deliver meds when they say they will, IF they have the meds, at all. How do you "run out" of a child's ADHD medication, and WHY does it take a week to get it? I'm surprised they still have customers. They've definitely lost our business, which is a shame because I would rather support LOCAL small businesses, not retail chains. Recently, they refused to fill my g-son's ADHD med when his dr increased the dosage, and wrote a new script, which we carried straight to this pharmacy. They said they would call the dr to have her authorize it. We waited two weeks and never heard back, so we called them. They said they wouldn't fill it for another two weeks, so we called the Dr ourselves, who then called Prescription Shoppe and chewed them out for not filling it. We picked it up that afternoon. Communication might possibly improve my rating, or maybe just a bit of follow-through on their end. Just fill medication when the dr has clearly increased the med dosage (drs often change dosages everyday, so it isn't a rare occurrence).

I chose the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions because flu and covid are rampant in our area and I wanted to avoid un-necessary contact. However the speaker at the drive-thru is unintelligible, making it difficult (if not impossible) to conduct an intelligent conversation. The employee at the drive-thru could not hear me, and I could not understand her. Because of this, the medications were delivered incorrectly and one was omitted entirely. I was forced to enter the store and disrupt the flow of the employees work just to resolve the problem. Discussions with employees revealed that this audio system is a continuing problem. Get it fixed!!
