I came to the pharmacy early this week for 5 prescriptions. I asked the tech to find a prescription sent during October because the dosage had increased. Instead of telling me that they had not received the prescription, the pharmacist filled the script from a previous one that is the wrong dosage. Now, they finally received the prescription for the correct dosage but will not fill it until late November because my insurance had already paid for the incorrect dosage. There was no apology from the pharmacist, no resolution, and no recompense. This is not my first negative review of this pharmacy. If you have the option to go to another pharmacy, please do. Sure, they deliver, but with almost every order I have, something is incorrect. I still end up driving to the pharmacy anyway to have them fix their mistakes. Now, I could understand if I had all 20 prescriptions filled at once, but I never do. I really think that the entire pharmacy staff should take a class on service, sympathy, and communication.

The shelves in most areas were decently stacked and except for a few customers who had shelved stuff in the wrong areas, it was mostly tidy. (Who puts lettuce in a frozen bunker? Really!) A few bits on the ground in some food aisles because people are lazy and then the associates walk past it. Men's room was in good shape. Stocked with paper towels and clean. This Walmart seems to tolerate overnight parking. I was in my Sprinter RV and after picking up snacks and such, I returned to the van, locked up and had a mostly quiet night. I was told they would be ready in three days, so on the 27th. I specifically needed them for June 29th, and I knew how far ahead of time I needed to place my pickup order, as I have order pictures from here before. I check my Walmart app on my phone and the Walmart website on my computer. My phone refreshed and said that the pictures were not ready, however my computer said that they were. I gave them a call, which was not answered. I had to try a couple more times before someone finally picked up, and was redirected to electronics to speak to someone about my order. The guy in electronics asked for my info to look up to see if they were ready. He asked for my first and last name. I told him and after a few minutes, he came back and said my name wasn't in their system at all. I asked how he spelled my first name, because for some odd reason people are always getting is wrong. He then proceeded to tell me that they only look it up by last name and began to spell my last name back to me. I was sitting in front of my computer with my order pulled up on the screen and I was told to call other Walmart locations to make sure I didn't order at the wrong one. I told him I definitely order at this Walmart because it is the closest one to my house, and on my order it stated that is was, in fact, place with Eden Walmart. He apologized and said he didn't know what else to do. I hung up and went to the store in person. As I approached the counter I recognized the mans voice, as he was the one I was on the phone with not even 10 minutes prior. I told him I was there for my pictures that were supposedly ready, and him and another employee walked back to the photo computer, whispering back and forth while they looked up my information. They came back and told me I was not in the system, as before. I asked how they spelled my name, and if they needed to look at the picture of my order on my phone for the right info. Turns out, they search orders by both first AND last names and my order was on the computer. I was told that even after numerous times of spelling my name out to them, they still got it incorrect. i was then told that my pictures would not be ready until July 1st, because they were being shipped from FUJI FILM. I have never had an experience like this with Eden Walmart before, but I'm definitely not pleased. I worked at Walmart a year prior, and still know people who work there and that isn't normally how things are done. Only special orders get shipped in like banners or large pictures. I only had a total of 7 4x6 pictures. My account on Walmart.com still shows that they are ready to be picked up but no one seems to know where they are. It is now 4 days after I was told they would be done and I still do not have my pictures. Tried talking to a higher employee, and was told that they couldn't grant me access to talk to any manager or supervisor. Highly unimpressed. Was using Walmart photos because it was convenient, fast, and cheap.. but will no longer doing that sort of business with them anymore.
