The employee was rude and annoyed at me even asking about the prescription. She said they had 100 orders ahead of mine and clearly it wasn't going to be filled tonight. Im sure those orders are the auto refills as no other customers were in the drive thru or in the store. We were hoping to get the antibiotics as soon as possible to prevent a worse infection. Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . You should NOT work in any customer service position, when you have that unpleasant kind of personality. If you cannot treat people with dignity and respect, then you should find a job where you don't have to deal with people, period. I will never go here or recommend this business to anyone, because of how she treated me. She should be ashamed of her behavior, I am absolutely outraged at the way I was treated just now. My mom is going through withdrawals because NONE of the pharmacies in this god forsaken town have her meds, and all I simply asked this horrible woman was why all of the pharmacies have been on back order for so long with this particular med. She was extremely condescending, she insulted me, and told me to call the manufacturer. You shouldn't employ people who cannot handle being asked questions.

Bi-Mart has officially declared war on customer convenience with their brilliant new setup for…read morebottle and can returns. Gone are the days of dropping off your bag and moving on with your life. Now? You get three clunky, painfully slow machines out front--each one only accepting ONE specific type of item (bottles, cans, or glass). You're now expected to stand there like a robot, feeding in cans one by one, with a 30-second delay between each, while the machine loudly rejects half of them anyway. Let's be clear: this isn't about "efficiency." It's a greedy move designed to make the process so annoying that customers just give up--like I did, with a full bag and only $4 processed. Bi-Mart still gets to say they "offer redemption," but they've made it as frustrating as legally possible. They've taken a service that worked and replaced it with something utterly unusable--not to serve you, but to save themselves money. It's cynical, lazy, and disrespectful to the people who have supported this store for decades. Bi-Mart used to stand for community and convenience. Now it stands for cutting corners and hoping you won't notice. Well--I noticed. And I'm done.

Claudia was doing her best at the window marked drop off. Not her fault her employer doesn't staff correctly. Sabrina was at the other counter marked pick ups and she doesn't help anyone. Her only function seemed to be to bark at customers to get in Claudia's line. My prescription was for a pet and should have been ready since it was called in the day before. One would think "pick ups" would be the correct line! There was excessive confusion that I was picking up a prescription for "Miss Kitty". They had to call the doctor and pull her out of surgery to get her MDI number. Maybe someone could have asked her for that when she called it in the day before? Doing so would have saved an hour of my valuable time. I will not be back. Next time I will drive to Tri Cities to get pet meds.
