Well, she loves it! Of course, it was an adjustment but she's much happier and has made so many friends! The waterfront view & large outdoor deck is by far the best perk of living here. They also have an extremely friendly staff that customizes their treatment to each individual. My grandma doesn't need much help, and they do a good job giving her the space she needs. Every time I pick her up to go out to breakfast or lunch, she always has great stories of all the activities she's doing everyday. I could go on and on about the benefits of living here. It's worth the cost & I cannot recommend it more!

The antibiotics were supposed to last for 10 days and they only lasted for eight, then they tried to blame me for giving my pet too much. No, that's not true, abusive gaslighters. There were at least three times that they shorted the prescriptions so I now boycott this company and they will never see me again. Please use Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart, anything except this company. This company is a former Brookdale location. We provided services to this assisted living…read morefacility, and they have not paid their bills. They do not dispute the services with us. The activity director promised several times to send us payment for our services and has not followed through. When they were part of Brookdale, they always paid their bills on time. The executive director and the activity director, who were there when it was a Brookdale, have departed since we provided the services. Supposedly, they are going to have a new management company which is their excuse for not paying the bills. This must justify why they are totally unresponsive, do not tell the truth about sending payments and then do not follow through when they promise to send us payment. This is a disservice to the elderly who live there as well as to the honest vendors who provided them with services.
