What a waste of my time. The computer screen was not adjusted properly. It was slanted far down as if a child was using it and could NOT be tilted upward. In addition, the touch keyboard often would not register what I attempted to enter -- sometimes as much as 20 paced attempts. Finally, I asked for help -- yet again -- from the Walgreen's employee who had first started helping me then kept leaving leaving to do something else. She didn't know what she was doing and bumped me out of what I had just spent 30 grueling minutes attempting to do!!!! A different store employee whispered, "You can go next door to Albertson's. They have someone trained who will do it for you." We went to Albertson's across the street and the wonderfully trained woman in customer service handled it in 4 minutes. Wow!!!! Also, Walgreen's closed their pharmacy. I will be very surprised -- unless Walgreen's improves how they are doing business and increases customer service -- they will be closing their doors entirely.
