Again treat employees better by having enough on shift = better service for customers. Those that work there are great and I appreciate them.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile from the clerk and then, Andrea, the pharmacist. I needed to fill a pain Rx and was prepared for a refusal, thanks to the FDA's criminalization of pain patients, doctors and pharmacists that treat them. Instead, Andrea chose to get to know me. She asked why I had moved to Lincoln and if I liked it here, where I lived before, and what my medical conditions were. I know that this information is necessary, it's called a treatment plan, but the way I was asked for this information was more like meeting a friend, not an interrogation to be judged. I appreciate this more than I can express. I will be transferring all of my medications to Lincoln Pharmacy and truly look forward to them fulfilling my needs as well as building a professional friendship with these lovely people. Parking is plentiful and the wait time is nearly nonexistent. Thank you, Andrea and staff for treating me with kindness, with dignity and for your warm welcome to Lincoln California.

My mom is constantly ill for one reason or another, plus she is fragile, over weight and a hard…read moreperson to live with. Every week I am in charge of shopping and doing a variety of errands for both of my elderly parents. On some days, my dad and I have been sent around town searching for a transport chair and toilet seat, that is sturdy, comfortable and wide enough to accommodate all of her difficulties getting in and out without causing pain and discomfort. Needless to say that perfect wheelchair seems hard to find. That's when my dad mentioned we should check out Lincoln Medical Supplies. We have already visited them a few times with numerous questions. A very nice and knowledgeable young woman has helped us each time. She goes out of her way to assist us as we browse the store taking photos and measurements for my mom who remains at home mostly bedridden and refuses to leave the house. We were given a number of helpful options to think about and discuss with my mom. I really appreciated her efforts in showing us all the available choices that are out there for special order. Now, I just need my mom to make a decision, so we can all move forward! The problems we face, is that once the chair is purchased it can't be returned if my mother doesn't like it!

Management is poor and discrimination is a thing. I stayed with my mom 24/7 and some of the staff were cruel with me while others were angels. My mom's mobility required 2 persons which I was one of them doing it with complete love. However, I was mistreated by management through passive aggression including verbal insults. The center refused to allow my mom additional days of therapy because the nurse director "did not like me and my sick mom".
