If you call on the phone about a prescription, they can only give you the run-around telling you about prescriptions you don't have. Perhaps they function better as a marijuana dispensary because they sample their own product. The store is primarily set to sell ice cream. I've never gone to their fountain. Maybe they're more competent at that.

I say: "Why did your employe tell me to come today when I called last week?", her response: "Did you ask for her name? No? Well, if you don't ask for a name, how do you expect us to train our employees properly, you need to tell us who you talked to." Hum... Am I supposed to participate in employee training? In a second, the responsibility of the error became mine, and I was scolded. Both Amanda and the pharmacist, Stephanie Martinez, told me to go to another pharmacy if I weren't happy with their services. I think that we should be able to resolve a problem rather than part ways, but perhaps this is an old way of thinking. All a client needs is the correct information, then we proceed accordingly. We all have busy schedules. More was said in our exchange and I really hope that things get better, I wish for a good and efficient rapport in the future and, if it is the case, I will re-evaluate my rating to reflect this change. When you finally reach someone, if the phone tree takes you to the wrong part of the store the young woman on the line actually will hung up on me because she wasn't able to transfer me. Christina, the pharmacy manager will never call you back. I was told 3 different times she'd call me back about a defective product they had sold me, but she never did. Besides that, your minimum wait to pick up a prescription is over 30 minutes long. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. You'll be glad you did.

This was the day of a weird surprise snowstorm in Santa Fe that essentially shut down traffic downtown at our "rush hour" - it took nearly 30 minutes to drive what usually takes 5 through the storm. I made it to the store just before closing time. The pharmacist then informed me that although I had received a text indicating that my prescription was ready, and I had dangerously driven during a storm to access that prescription for my urgent condition, the pharmacist had only filled half the order. Apparently, he took it upon himself to disagree with my physician, and provided two different lies as to why he would not fill the prescription. So - if you need to depend on a pharmacy for reliable medical support - I would not recommend relying on Nambe Drugs in Santa Fe for anything other than Advil or chewing gum. The pharmacist's behavior was probably illegal, but at the very least incredible disrespectful to me, my safety, and my prescribing doctor.
