After being in the store for 15 minutes my dog is now starting to be less attentive and loosing focus. I go to self check out and get confronted by a middle aged woman who I assume worked for Walmart (she never introduced herself or said hello). This woman said "We don't allow pets in our store." Me being uncomfortable and un confrontational replied with okay because a break was clearly needed for me and my dog, I turn around to pay and leave and she continues to repeat herself. I said "Okay i'm almost done." I get replied back to with "Your pet needs to leave the building." This went on for the full 5 minutes it took me to finish checking out.. she threatened to call KPC and continued to tell me my dog was a pet and that this was illegal. General reminder out there for those who need it service dogs are not required to wear identification and often can be mistaken for pets, please ask the right questions needed if worried.

After a few days of research I selected the newest tiny hearing aids that utilized AI chips. Christa Baldwin assisted me with how to use and maintain the aids. She fitted them to my ear and provided excellent advice for their daily care.

He gave me a quick but thorough exam, removed the stitches, covered the wound, and gave me some instructions on how to keep everything clean. He gave me a small bandage kit. Then I fell and broke my foot in 3 places and got a big hematoma on my bottom and had to go to the ER in an ambulance. And was hospitalized for 4 days my blood sugar was outta control super high and I had to get another med added to my diabetes meds. I got out of the hospital with a 3 day supply of pain meds made them last 5 days asked Dr fan to refill and was told I want to stay consistent in not prescribing pain meds for you. Like seriously I wish I was making it up I was told to go back to the ER. Guess I'm looking for a new Dr.

Drove 10 miles to Central Peninsula Urgent Care in Kenai. I was checked in and being seen by staff within 15 minutes. The nurse, Rochelle, and Richard Combs, PA-C, were excellent. Combs' diagnostic ability and knowledge of the skeletomuscular system was unmatched. He prescribed not what I thought I needed but what the symptoms warranted and I had significant pain relief in 3-4 hours after taking the medication. His notes from the visit were more thorough and detailed than any notes that have been written on my charts in a long time. When I follow up with my medical team in Texas when I get back, I feel like I have a clearer course forward.

Audrey at the desk patiently listened between patient check-ins. She relayed my needs to Dr. Hall. I needed an emergency letter today for an important issue. He immediately accommodated me and made an appointment only hours later. I returned and was treated like a king. Dr. Hall is extremely sharp. He is very current and knows as much as 3-5 typical doctors. Kelsey was very thorough and caring. Asked great questions. She gave me a quick examination and added it to the report. Kim quickly typed the letter after Dr. Hall examined me. They made sure it was perfect and I left with it. Incredible! They also scheduled my wife for a non-standard appointment slot due to work her medical work conflicts. No problem. My two other issues were not urgent and were cheduled only a month out in a town where appointments are very tough to get. Dr. Hall also identified a fifth issue with me and set it for the next appointment as well. The amount of understanding, patience, and accommodation at this office was more than anyone could reasonably expect. Kelsey was great. Thorough and professional. Audrey got everything set up. Kim worked on the letter diligently while everything was happening. And Dr Hall, as always, was superb. I cannot recommend this office and these people more highly. Thank you so much!
