Secondly their map on their website will take you to the hospital across the street and their clinic has poor road identification. Secondly their forms do not inspire any level of confidence. They are not scanned evenly, chopping off a chunk of information that they still expect you to properly fill out and sign. They were also either running out of ink or copied a form with lightly visible printing. The paperwork also includes insurance information, which most other clinics are kind enough to fill out in your stead to reduce wait time and client paperwork, not these guys. Their is also a small amount of duplicate questions on what seems like page 1 and 2 of the exact same form. Thirdly their demeanor was terrible. While I canceled my appointment before even seeing the doctor, so I cannot comment on him. Their office manager? Was terribly abbrasive, while I did call the forms shit in front of her I did not address or demean her so her attitude twards me out of place and not initiated by myself. The front desk lady was nice enough however, although she did seem a bit uninformed with few answers. If the doctor is good, maybe the clinics other flaws could be overlooked. It's more likely that their organizational and demeanor is a reflection of himself, and if it is not then it should be, being his clinic. I decided not to trust this clinic with my personal information before seeing the doctor. Also, if your running a public clinic don't put on a preachy/bias TV channel. It's takey, we don't go to the doctors to hear bloated unfounded opinions regardless if it's FOX or CNN. It's just plain takey, if it represents the doctors views, fine but he should not push it onto his clients.

Then I find out that I was diagnosed with a heart condition that I do not have!!! Just to generate more income for you to come back in for more testing!!! Of course the next times you get charged. I followed up with my primary and no, no heart condition. Can you imagine the panic some patients are put through?? Horrible practice just to make money off of insurance, drive up patients cost and make insurance payments go up!!! Bad business!!!!

Amanda is very attentive to your requests regarding the type of massage you want, any specific requests and if you have any sensitive areas. She also plays very soothing music at a good volume (not too loud or quiet). The room itself is ok, although it is easy to hear the noise from outside. She left, got the dentist and he examined me. He then tried to sell me orthodonture. Saying the reason my tooth is chipped is my bite pattern. I told him "No, I just want my tooth fixed." He said "Ok" then left. Now at this point I was annoyed because they were doing everything but what I asked. The next person to come in was there finance lady Mary who wanted to chit chat. I did not. I replied with one word answers, yes, no, and she left. 2 mons later she came back and told me I would have to leave the office because I was rude. This left me a bit perturbed as while I had been brisk, I had not been rude. I then left as I don't want to be anywhere I was not wanted, and as I was leaving I will say I said "This is fucking ridiculous."
