When I went to pay it didn't match what she did. I was stunned. Told an extra $20 for the gel polish. I can easily have a very bad seizure in public. So no I did not bring it up beyond that. ( For my safety, and to avoid any embarrassment to my friend.) When she handed me the sheet with all the prices stuff all over was crossed out, and had prices written in. I thought I was paying that much for the manicure plus pedicure. I had saved $100 for this one day. I had to make sure one of my few friends who knows how to deal with my seizures could also be there with me. My husband had called and pre set this up for us. After my pedicure appointment they said my husband never did book a manicure too. I know he did. There are people who love it there and will still go to them. Good for them. One nail tech alternated between me and my other two bridesmaids... it took SO long. The girl was nice enough, but the nail polish did not look good at the end. Plus, all she did was rub some stuff on my feet and paint my nails... no scrubbing or cuticle care whatsoever. Very sub par. When it was time to do our nails, another lady was available. So two of us were able to get our nails done at a time while the other two waited. It took SO long to get through three of us that one of my bridesmaids decided not to get her nails done (at this point we had been at the place for THREE hours & had to get to dinner reservations soon). It took my maid of honor an hour and a half to get her full set done as the person doing her nails (the OWNER) kept getting up to talk to other workers, use the bathroom, answer her phone, etc. I made it clear to the lady that we needed to go ASAP & that she needed to hurry up. She promised they'd be done in 10 minutes and half an hour later she still hadn't finished (but had time to get up and go over to the computer to google what the male version of a cougar is called... really?!). This experience was a disaster from beginning to end. It shouldn't take 3 and half hours to get a mani & pedi. Totally disappointing. They knew we were a wedding party yet apparently didn't give a crap that their terrible service meant one bridesmaid couldn't get her nails done & that the maid of honor couldn't get her toes done. And worst of all... my wedding was 2 days later & my UV gel polish (which isn't supposed to chip for up to 2 weeks) had already started peeling off my nails. I will NEVER give this place my hard earned money again. It's a wonder anyone goes in there. UGH.

Then I sat for 30 mins waiting while the girl walked around and ignored me. I don't recommend this place. Amanda is very attentive to your requests regarding the type of massage you want, any specific requests and if you have any sensitive areas. She also plays very soothing music at a good volume (not too loud or quiet). The room itself is ok, although it is easy to hear the noise from outside.
