I visited this new facility because appointments are not needed to see an MD. I had a skin irritation on my lower leg that was not responding to cortizone cream or over the counter anti-fungal cream. The doctor confirmed that it was a fungal infection and prescribed a Rx for a bit stronger medication. Total time for my visit was about 1-hr. I will never go back here again. The first time I went, the doctor was okay. She didn't really seem to know what she was doing. It was kind of a hit or miss situation. But I went back, like I was told to, for a refill on pain medication. And she absolutely refused to give me any. I didn't even have a chance to talk to her about what was going on. I have never felt more shamed or riduculed at a place. I came in for a illness and was told to leave my service dog, who has been thru 3 different certification training programs and I need for balance, in the car because the owner, Jeoff, didn't think it was a real service dog. All because he walked up on me in the waiting room, where me and the dog had been sitting patiently for 5 minutes, and my dog stood up to sniff his feet. He said it 'jumped up'. Well, yeah, to sniff you, it didn't jump on you, it didn't bark or bite, it was sniffing you dude. He then said "Hospital's up the street, have a good day". I left in tears so confused.
