I have filled 7 prescriptions in the last 2 weeks at CVS and on both occasions, my prices were more than the amounts I was expecting to pay according to my GoodRX Gold plan. In both cases, the staff was less than cordial and bordered on being argumentative. Today they told me to not use the GoodRX Gold card going forward because it is defective and they are the only game in town. It was a case of like it or lump it. I called Good RX and was assured my card is fine. Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy in my area that accepts GoodRX, so my choices are pretty limited.

I went though the effort and dowloaded the GoodRx coupon to have it convenient for the pharmacy rep., and sent it in the drawer at the window. She said it did not ring up at what GoodRx had. And I had just printed this GoodRX coupon 5 minutes before I got to the pharmacy. I also had it on my email and text and showed her. No use, talk to a wall and get more satisfaction. The rep/pharmacist would not accept my Goodrx. She said the meds was 40 dollars more this time. This was for the same meds, same quantity, nothing changed. The same meds I got filled last month and the month before for approximately the past 132 months straight. All of a sudden no longer recognizes the GoodRX discount, with the actual current coupon or the Goodrx card according to the rep/pharmacist. But on Goodrx it shows plain as day the lower amount no matter how many times you pull it up, even a 5 year old can do it. It Makes zero sense. Walgreens at Beal and Racetrack. I H had to cancel my script and go down the road to Publix where it was even 48.00 dollars less than Walgreen's was trying to get. Thanks for the favor Walgreens.

Today, I was looking for decorative items; preferably artificial plants, for a plantstand that I had just purchased through target online. I wanted to give a bit of color to my somewhat dark bedroom. While they had several decent looking potted items, the colors had already changed to the autumn colors which was not what I wanted, and the few that were greenery were moved around to a point that trying to figure out prices were annoying me. While I changed my mind about the plants, I was not giving up on shopping, because there are always items that I buy only at target. I found pj's just before the price change and picked up a couple of target gift cards. I was fine about the plants, but I did mention it to the young lady at the register. She was nice and explained that their job was to take care of the customer and that I shouldn't hesitate to find a target customer service agent and have them fix whatever problem there is. I knew that, but today I just wanted to shop and leave for my next stop. One annoyance isn't going to get me stop shopping at Target. I like the store. The people are nice and helpful. They usually have what I'm looking for and sometimes more. The prices haven't driven me out; not yet anyway; and I feel comfortable walking around their store. Trust me, feeling comfortable is a good reason to shop at any store that treats you right. There are no half stars when it comes to rating, so I chose 5; even though a more honest rating would have been a 4 1/2. It's a good store, and I'd rather rate the 1/2 star up than down.

I love Target because no matter where I go in the country the stores have basically the same layout so I can get in and out quickly if I need to. Grab what I need and head out. Kind of funny thing happened today. I owed $19.95 and I needed to break a hundred dollar bill so I gave the cashier a hundred and he was getting my change, he didn't have any nickels. He was going to break the roll of nickels to give me my 5¢ then changed his mind, put the nickel roll back and gave me 5 pennies. It struck me as funny.

This was a good sent as the meds are very costly at about $5000 per shot, and now when at our Florida home this is what I do all the time.
