This pharmacy when it fills your prescription doesn't fill the entire amount only a partial amount…read moreof the pills and then asks you to come back at a later date. If you were unlucky enough to come to fill your prescription that you paid your co-pay on later than they think is appropriate you won't get your pills. 1st of all the pharmacist doesn't speak English as a first language and is extremely difficult to understand so good luck with getting any good communication going. And if you question his decision he will talk rapidly over you and try to out talk You. I'm not exactly sure But it seems to me like hes collecting the co-pay on one prescription multiple times . I'd never had such a terrible experience trying to get my prescriptions filled as I had at this pharmacy. If it was possible to give less than one star I would.. This didn't happen just one time this pharmacy was not efficient more than once with me, and if you ask them to give you a call about a prescription that is pending they do not. All in all, my experience with this pharmacy has been horrible and the pharmacist is a terrible, somewhat dishonest, argumentative man who needs to learn how to speak proper English, and hone his communication skills. Not sure who hired him, but someone needs to audit his business practices, as he tries to dupe the elderly into paying more for prescriptions than they should.

I found both the pharmacist and his administrative assistant professional, helpful and…read moreknowledgeable.

This is usually our go-to pharmacy in Juarez. There's been a couple of others I've gone to but this…read moreone stands out for me. The customer service here is always great. We usually deal with the same pharmacist, an older male. I wish I knew his name but I don't. He's usually the only one who's there. He's very helpful on which products I should buy. He knows and understands some English. We speak to him in Spanish since it's easier to communicate with him. I came here with my mom a few weeks ago to get antibiotics for a toothache. The meds are always cheaper here than in El Paso. I also had to get some pain/fever reducer and another medicine my dentist prescribed. It was $36 and change for 3 or 4 different prescriptions. My mom also got some wrinkle reducer elixir of some kind for $15. That's a steal for this kind of product. The best part about this pharmacy is...they give you a few mini empanadas every time you buy something! They're always delicious and taste fresh. The empanadas are usually pineapple. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why we come here. They're a little treat to snack on as you wait on the bridge to cross back over to El Paso. Oh and another good thing is...they take American money and even have change for it. That's pretty rare in Juarez. Usually when you pay with American dollars, they'll give you your change in pesos. Most places won't take a U.S. credit or debit card. If they do, they'll charge you a huge fee to use it. It's best to have U.S. dollars or go to an exchange place. The exchange places are all over the place! We'll be back to this pharmacy for sure!
