Insurance filings were not done properly. When I inquired about the problem, I was lied to -- then excluded from access to the dentist. When I made an appointment to try to get in to see him, I was taken into a small, enclosed room with the office manager who was not wearing a mask (this was during the height of Covid). She talked at me, not allowing me to get a word in. Then I was made to wait in the office for a long period of time after which I was told I could not see the dentist. I'm sure the dentist was given a false story about me, as I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I was treated this way because the front office staff was afraid their employer would learn of their lack of service. STAY AWAY!!!

After the X-rays were taken and a tiny chip filled (all this due to an assault on me) she said she changed her mind, she wanted cash. I called Medicare and they said they def would cover the work. I even provided photos and police report to the dental office. So Dr Bonura refused my insurance after the fact, and is trying to have me served to pay. Harassing me for something she was responsible for. I called Medicare and reported her. They are sending a complaint letter to her. If she does not cease and desist I will take this report to the NM STATE DENTAL BOARD along with social media. An extremely dishonest and unethical dental institution. All the other people involved in my assault were paid but this dentist has decided to harass me through no fault of my own. Do not trust this dental practice
