Seems like a no fuss type of place with some floor Pharmacy items on the shelves. I didn't walk around to see what items. They had my prescription ready though it had been a couple of weeks since it was called in. I was out of town. I was curious of the ingredients in the compound made, and both the pharmacist and the pharmacist assistant let me know the difference. In the future I would try them out again. In and out. Why not support a local business/family.

Because of my past horrific experiences with Walgreens ( who I frequented for the last 6 years) I was scared to go to a new pharmacy where no one knew me. I was anxious when I walked in the door but as soon as I got to the counter I was greeted kindly & immediately felt relieved. Rich saw me as a human being who needed help. In all my 6 years of living in Florida my old pharmacist NEVER EVER made me feel that way and that is just plain sad. Unfortunately I have several medical issues and dealing with them and covid is hard enough, then I'd have to deal with pharmacists who had no people skills, unprofessional, and hardly ever had my medications in stock and caused me grief every time I went there. Now that Tamarack Pharmacy are my new pharmacists its a huge relief that I don't have to get agitated whenever I need to get a prescription filled. I am more than happy to give & transfer all of my business to Tamarack Pharmacy (and that is a lot of business)! Special thanks to John & Rich for giving me peace of mind and hope in the human race again. Thank you for making me feel like I matter! You have a loyal customer for life! I will tell everyone I know to go to you guys. I don't write many reviews but you deserve way more than 5 stars! At 7:01 an employee (she) walked through parking lot to front door to raise gate and begin opening store. At or before 7:03 I walk inside as first customer with store Muzak softly playing inside while she refuses to say "good morning" or otherwise greet me. Sadly, both restrooms, by pharmacy, were labeled "Out of Order" and were locked. I put almost $100 worth of merch in my cart and proceeded to checkout. Still only customer in store and approached Cashier/cash register. Again, she refused to greet me. As I placed my items on the counter she stated "when you're ready give your phone number." She also asked whether I had coupons. I DID end up giving my telephone number to her-scary- because despite logging into cvs app to "scan" the Bar Code to scan never "came up" until I was out in parking lot (and that is a common occurrence, for me, at this chain, lately). I paid the $93+ and she refused to thank me. At least a cashier was on duty here.

He c ri r cured and talked down to me saying he needed the items I bought. I took both bags from trunk and handed to him saying, after he complained & reprimandss me for attempting to get the purse, I had together my purse. I've never seen a store where customer service doesn't open at the same time as the store. I simply had 2 small items to return. After a quick breakfast, I googled the walmart grocer on wiles road and it showed customer service opens at 6 am. I got there at 7:30am, and a woman overseeing the self-checkout told me it doesn't open until 8am also. Minutes later after I grabbed a few items. I asked the same (only) attendant if she can just deduct the two items when I check out with new items. She shook her head yes. I then rip my bag open with the two items, and she realizes what I want to do and I hear her thick spanish accent and realized she had no clue what I was asking her earlier. So you hire bi-lingual people who can assist spanish-speaking people, but cannot assist me. At 7:50am, I walk over to Customer Service to wait. At 8:08, a female employee (forgot her name... Schua ?) walks in as slow as humanly possible as if she's not late... and the first attendant points her out to me that she's the one i'm waiting for and the slow moving woman proceeds to walk to the back of a store. About 3 minutes later, she reappears and mumbled something (probably that she'll be with me soon) and disappears into the back of a locked door. She returns a couple of minutes later with her cash box. After unlocking a couple of things (e.g., lottery ticket box), she assists me when all I wanted to do was return 2 little products, with no cash involved. It's now about 8:20.

I placed a delivery order the day before with another Walmart, because they have everything in stock that I need, however they made a mistake on my receipt. I came in to return something as well as correct their mistake, because crazy thing, their online return was not working. Usually this is not an issue however, mistakes happen and we just have to resolve them the best way we can. A young man with the help of his manager really took the initiative and resolved my issue. Not only did I come in for the help but once I finished my return, I went shopping and after that I left. About 15 minutes later, once I got home it didn't take long for me to realize I'm missing something, my phone. We went running back to Walmart since it's last location as well as LIVE location was in Walmart. We went in and someone was beyond kind enough to take it to customer service and keep it in lost & found. If it wasn't for this gesture of kindness, I'd be out an iPhone 13+, as well as be stuck on the phone somewhere hoping someone understands the situation with mere hearsay since my proof was physically in my fridge. All in all, have patience with this team, they're not the same, at least the service is not. So far so great, and they're even their trying to help you out with a smile. I'm genuinely grateful for the team and appreciate the outstanding customer service! Thank you so much, will definitely start coming back again!
