Just moved my prescriptions here from my old pharmacy in another town. My first interactions were…read morehelpful and friendly. However, when I picked up my prescription it was the generic when it is clearly stated from the dr it has to be the name brand. I thought it may be ok since I take it daily and it's been w few years since I tried the generic version. It was not ok, my body did not respond well. The dr called and when I went to pick up the correct medication, after about a 15 minute wait, they told me they had to order it and it would arrive the next day. My work schedule prevented pick up until Saturday- first they couldn't find it, then they had to fill it...she suggested another 10-15 minute wait. At this point (20 minutes later), I'm feeling less than confident in my new pharmacy choice.

They showed me something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I was prescribed with NO NOTICE or saying from anyone and they told me to call the doctor about it. Not to mention they said a prior authorization was required from my insurance. Had me jumping through hoops for an authorization form needing to be filled out from the doctor. I had to babysit the entire situation as they did NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL TO THE DOCTORS! Coming back again after having my little one now 2 weeks old.
