When I got there to pick up the prescription, I was asked to tap a screen button acknowledging that I'd received HIPAA privacy information. I hadn't yet, so I said I'd agree as soon as I in fact received it. Instead of showing me the appropriate piece of paper, the clerk reached over the counter and tapped the button. That's blatant falsification. When I objected, they got self-righteous. I left, and I don't plan to go back ever.

I had some changes to Mom's insurance and she patiently covered each drug with me, providing insight I needed to ensure Mom continues to get quality meds.

They call if there is a question or concern, answer inquiries promptly, and manage peak times with grace. Not only is it a great pharmacy, it's a fun place to shop with unique clothing (!!), a nice selection of greeting cards, confections I love but don't readily find elsewhere, and seasonal items like garden decor, beachside accessories (including flip flops), and even housewares and locally made candles. They have a nice little snack center, too. In terms of price, you won't save money shopping here, but it will save you time, and you never know what you will find, which makes it a fun place to shop.
