The store is sectioned by colour and I found that very aesthetically pleasing. It was nice to see they carry Canadian / local brands so you are sure to really support local here. The quality of the clothing reflects the price, to me quality speaks volumes. The staff were helpful, masked, and supportive of my choices. I could have spent way longer in the store because each time I walked around I saw something new. The new product had scratches and welding spots that were mistakes in manufacturing. Even the screw to secure the gas tank was off centre. Anyone noticed this for big ticket items? Staff were nice enough to load the item in vehicle but darn it will be difficult to return a bbq that is slightly defective in manufacturing-Costco should do better QC on their orders. On a funny note, today they had a plant base burger sample served on a bun. The bun was not plant based containing egg and the mayonnaise placed on also had eggs- I dunno if this was a product demo mishap but I'm pretty sure the demo overshadowed the intention to serve plant based options.

The prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I have had a Gildan polo shirt that I purchased from R&S 5 years ago and it still looks great and washes well even after wearing it often. R&S Screening also does custom orders. I wanted a special gift for my step-daughter's graduation, and Renae came through with an awesome hoodie with her name on the front and large custom letter logo on the back. Well ... at Best Buy craziness ensued: cars were parked all over the place, inside it was complete pandemonium -- there's no way I could have gotten anything in any amount of time that would not have made me rue the day I had ever driven there. So I returned to Gibson's. Boy, am I glad I did. The deals there were just as great ($750 for a Samsung LED Smart TV) and there weren't the crowds to deal with, service was personal and stress-free, and within 10 minutes I was walking out with my TV. No sales pressure, no stress, no BS. And the best part is Gibson's personalized customer care -- something goes wrong with the TV, they come to your house, they take it out, they fix it, they bring it back. Highly recommended. (They just need a wee more parking ...) :)
