It's small, but it has all the usual cookie-cutter mall stores: Reitmans, The Bay, Sears, Call it Spring, Le Chateau, Claire's, The Body Shop, etc. They do have a Sephora though! But don't be expecting Kate Spade, Ted Baker or Coach! They do have some unique non-chain stores like a place called "Neat Things" and some independent hair salons. At the time of the writing of this review they are undergoing renovations, so maybe they are expanding (?) or modernizing (?). Some parts of the mall look a little dated, but some parts are more modern. The food court is large and looks newer. It's ok to poke around in, but it's definitely not a destination mall.

It's not really an outlet mall,…read moresince a lot of the stores are just regular stores selling the latest season at the same prices as at a regular mall. The layout is like an outlet mall in that it's a plaza and you have to go outside to go from store to store (it's not an enclosed shopping mall). The majority of the stores are also not all that interesting to me, but hey I shop everywhere just in case there is some really cool thing just waiting to be discovered, lol. They have lots of athletic stores like Adidas, Puma, Columbia, Reebok and Bench. They have women's fashions (stores I generally like, but the prices are not cheaper than at their retail stores): Laura, Melanie Lyne, Ricki's, and La Vie en Rose. They have unisex fashions: Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's and Roots. They have other stores like Carter's/Osh Kosh, George Richards Big and Tall, Stokes, Paderno and Magnotta Winery. The only store that is truly an outlet is the Designer Fashion Exchange, which is an outlet for TanJay, ALIA and Nygard. It is huge, so if you like these brands, you will likely find some good deals. When I was there last, they had clearance items 5 for $25, and black dress pants for $3.99. There's lots of free parking and it's conveniently located right off the 401. If you go to King's Crossing and are hungry, I recommend eating at Fardella's. It's great. I wrote a separate review for it :)

They have a refrigerated selection of mini sparkling wine in cans that were priced reasonably and handy to purchase to go they also tasted great. Customer service in the Designer Fashion Exchange store was non existent. Laura, Levis, George Richards, Columbia, Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Carters and a Stokes are pretty much all the stores still open. Reebok has closed. Stokes was having a liquidation sales so their days may be numbered. Definitely a passing by and stop type place as opposed to a destination. Lots of food choices nearby, Panera, Swiss Chalet and Boston Pizza to name a few..

My daughter is going to university in Kingston and we needed to set her up for residence. We walked in and the store owner was there directing us to everything we needed. As the the extensions cord were flying off the shelf he had two people restocking as fast as they could. He had everything set up for the university crowd knowing what they were going to need and was able to meet the demands. Also took her older model sunfire in and they even searched the auto wrecker for a used trunk latch. 35 vs 350.00. They just did it automatically. Who does that? I'm very impressed on how this place runs and would highly recommend it.

I required a tire repair so called Canadian Tire. When I asked how long it would take, the…read moreattendant stated that he could "squeeze me in between appointments" and that it wouldn't take long; a statement that was reaffirmed when I dropped my vehicle off. Accordingly I chose to wait. Over an hour and a half later, I checked in again to determine the status and was told I was next in line. After an additional half hour, I retrieved the keys and got my tire repaired elsewhere.

Beware of the Watch Repair kiosk in Hudson's Bay. They are NOT part of Hudson's Bay. I took my…read morewatch in for minor issue in September, and they lost the watch for over three months, broke the crystal (repaired it free) and then broke the watch completely. Would NOT replace the watch and gave it back to me. As the watch was only worth a couple of hundred bucks when I bought it many years ago, it would not be worth my time/investment to take them to court. But PLEASE do not use them if you value your watch!!!!!!!

I ordered three pairs of shoes online after having register a few months ago in the store for the…read morerewards program . Once my shoes were delivered I decided to order another pair online . It told me I would have to pay 11.34 for shipping because I was not a member . Although I am a member . I called the store and they said you have to register in store AND online . However when you look up under the FAQs it says register online OR in store not both. So now in order to get my points I have to drive 30 minutes and return the 3 pairs of shoes , return them and repurchase them and this will get me my points. Why is the in store and online system not linked and no one is being told they need to register both ways . Beyond frustrating .
