I do most of my shopping at wall mart. I was shopping today and bought 220.00 worth. I live 20 min away . Bought some chicken, got it home and opened it and it smelled bad. Tried calling 5 times and no one answered any department. Not going to drive all the way back to wall mart to return . Just wanted them to address the problem. No way to leave message . May start looking for someplace that will at least answer the phone. read more

I want to give a special shout-out to Chris, an associate at Target in Marion, IL. This store is…read morealways immaculate and well-stocked, with a good selection of reasonably priced items. Once I finished shopping, I was privileged to be in the checkout line to witness Target employee Chris interacting with the customers ahead of me. He was so professional and friendly, handling each person as if he knew them, issuing a warm smile with every interaction. I saw other Target associates come to him asking when to take their breaks or how to handle a particular issue. Chris quickly answered them without losing track of the task or customer in front of him. When it was my turn in line, I asked him how long he had been in management because he looked so young. To my surprise, he told me that he was not a manager. I wish more people with customer service jobs took the time to engage with those around them, as Chris at Target in Marion, IL, does. If you value excellent customer service, a wide selection of products, and value for your money, see Chris and the folks at Target. When you go by, tell them Kindra Speech sent ya!
