Update 4 years later:…read more Your Wasilla, AK location was extremely unprofessional and rude. My husband gets off at 5:30, he got to the store and was IN the store when an employee told him they close at 6pm. My husband says I know exactly where the stuff is, there is a line of people I won't be but a minute. The employee, male had NO name tag and was wearing a brown hoodie, then got worse and told my husband to leave. My husband said "we have no water", the employee said "that's not my problem". For a hardware store who helps people with such issue it is their problem. There were NO SIGNS on the doors indicating the time change for New Year's Eve. My husband then attempted to go to Lowe's, who at least had signs on their doors. This was the last nail in the coffin for us and dealing with your company.

Go anywhere but here. There's an older grey/blonde haired lady that works here (I believe one of…read morethe owners). She was extremely rude when a worker needed help. I had a question about whether they carried particular plants and the young gal at the counter didn't know the answer. The older blonde lady seemed like helping was out of her league. Nobody knew a thing at the counter and instead of trying to help, she just said no we don't have what you're looking for and continued talking to an older dark haired lady. When I asked her where I might find the plants I wanted, she said she didn't know. Then just kept talking it up. Then they started talking Spanish while looking at me. Talk about rude. Bells Nursery and Mile 5.2 Greenhouse had what I wanted and were so much nicer. Not only that, but everyone looked disheveled at Falz. Like they had been through a battle and just woke up. No thank you.

I just have to give a huge shout-out to Candice in the Paint Department at Lowe's!…read more Home projects can feel overwhelming, especially when you're standing in front of what feels like a million paint colors, but Candice made the entire experience enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to listen to my ideas, answer my questions, and help me find the perfect direction for my project. What really stood out was that she genuinely cared. I never felt rushed or like I was "just another customer." She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and felt confident moving forward. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful errand into a great experience. In today's world, exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized, and Candice absolutely deserves it. Lowe's is lucky to have her on their team. Thank you, Candice, for your kindness, patience, and for going the extra mile. You made this Alaska gal's day, and I am truly grateful!
