    Nobody is answering the phone and is refusing to yell you out when you walk in. Lazy bunch

    While this business seems to move a lot of volume, they are one of the most dishonest,…read moredisingenuous vendors I've ever dealt with. My experience of buying a product that arrived other than described (one I am apparently not alone in if the eBay forums are any indication) was only made worse by their customer "service". A wolf in sheep's clothing, they spoke very professionally and cordially, while stalling and not actually fixing the problem, waiting until the deadline for me to return the item had passed. I bought a Blackberry from them and was exquisitely, annoyingly clear about the specifications I needed. They said "no problem". When the phone arrived without those specifications, they made me jump through some hoops before acknowledging the phone wasn't the correct version. They offered to replace it, but I had to mail it back at my expense, which they said they'd reimburse. The 2nd phone arrived, slightly different and closer to what Id asked for, but still unable to perform the task I'd asked of them (a phone that would get 3G speeds on T-Mobile's network, meaning not an ATT phone). They continued to insist it was the right phone and would work properly and made me jump through more hoops, checking various settings. All the while they promised to make it right. Once I got frustrated enough and told them I just wanted my money back, they told me the return deadline had passed and there was "nothing" they could do. They also have not reimbursed me for my shipping costs, despite numerous requests. I complained to eBay, who told me I'm not the first customer to have problems with wireovia. I thought I should spread the word. Do not buy from this company. You might get lucky and not have any problems, but why chance it when there are plenty of other, reputable sellers.

I did just that and Jenn spent a good 30 minutes getting my friends account in order and scheduling a Tech to visit him on Saturday.

    I recently moved to Palmer and was told by my realtor that either GCI or MTA would work at my new…read morehome. I considered both GCI and MTA's websites and decided to go with GCI. I called the number on the GCI website (long wait) and spoke to someone who checked my address and told me the modem would work at my place. I immediately go into the store, wait 15 minutes to speak to someone, and get my modem. I paid $74.99 upfront and was assured I could get the internet up and running that same day. I go home, plug it in, nothing happens. I call the GCI customer service number (long wait again) and they assure me GCI will work at my address, I just have to wait for a service technician to come and set it up. No one was available that day. At this point, I'm getting anxious. I use the internet for work and every day without it is a day I miss getting paid. Someone finally comes in the next day at around 10:30 AM and tells me no way GCI would work at my home. Confusing since I'd been assured by three different people that it would work. I immediately go to return the router. Refund has to take 5-7 days to process. Poor service. Company run by idiots.
