They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. Edit: Contacted by Phillips 66, got an apology and a really nice personable person promised that the area supervisor for that store would address the training on customer relations and service. They also said they were sending out a letter and a gift card. No letter, no card. I have not been back to that store yet so I can't speak to the retraining, but I have my doubts. When I do go back I will edit again. So far up from 1 star to 2, lack of follow thru keeps it low. Employees should be trained and supervised at the store level, without corporate getting involved. In all my years as a manager I never had corporate come to me with a problem I hadn't already taken care of.

All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time.
